Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 부모양육태도와 교사학급운영태도가 아동에게 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 기존의 선행 연구들이 아동을 연구하는데 있어 부모와 교사가 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알고 있으나, 부모와 아동, 교사와 아동의 관계를 각각 연구함으로써 부모와 교사에게 복합적으로 영향을 받는 아동을 연구하는 것에 한계가 있었다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 부모와 교사를 모두 아동에게 영향을 주는 요인으로 제시하고 아동이 구체적으로 어떤 영향을 받는지 알아보기 위해 자기개념 요인과 사회성 요인을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 용인시에 소재한 초등학교에서 246명을 임의로 표집 하여 설문지를 통해 지각된 부모양육태도, 지각된 교사학급운영태도, 자기개념, 사회성을 측정하였다. 부모양육태도와 교사학급태도를 애정-회피, 자율-타율, 성취-비성취, 합리-비합리로 세분하여, 변인간의 상관분석을 실시하였으며 양육태도와 학급운영태도간의 질적 차이를 규명하기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 부모양육태도가 아동의 자기개념에 미치는 영향은 단순상관에서는 부모를 애정적, 자율적, 성취적, 합리적으로 지각할수록 아동의 자기개념이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 중다회귀 분석결과, 부모성취에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타나 부모의 성취적 양육태도가 아동의 자기개념을 예언하는 중요한 요인임이 확인되었다. 부모양육태도와 교사학급운영태도 중 아동의 자기개념에 많은 영향을 끼치는 것은 부모양육태도로 확인되었다. 둘째, 부모양육태도가 아동의 사회성에 미치는 영향은 단순상관에서는 부모가 애정적, 자율적, 성취적, 합리적일수록 아동의 사회성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 학년이 높아짐이 따라 사회성이 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 중다회귀 분석결과, 부모성취에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타나 부모의 성취적 양육태도가 아동의 자기개념을 예언하는 중요한 요인임이 확인되었다. 셋째, 교사학급운영태도가 아동의 자기개념에 미치는 영향은 단순상관에서는 교사를 애정적, 성취적, 합리적으로 지각할수록 아동의 자기개념이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 학년이 높아짐이 따라 자기개념이 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 중다회귀 분석결과, 교사애정에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타나 교사의 애정적 학급운영태도가 아동의 자기개념을 예언하는 중요한 요인임이 확인되었다. 넷째, 교사학급운영태도가 아동의 사회성에 미치는 영향은 단순상관에서는 교사를 애정적, 성취적, 합리적으로 지각할수록 아동의 사회성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 중다회귀 분석결과, 교사애정에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타나 교사의 애정적 학급운영태도가 아동의 사회성을 예언하는 중요한 요인임이 확인되었으며, 부모양육태도와 교사학급운영태도 중 아동의 사회성에 많은 영향을 미치는 것은 교사학급운영태도로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과를 통해 부모와 교사가 아동에게 미치는 영향을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해 부모가 성취적으로, 담임교사가 애정적으로 학생들을 지도할수록 자기개념과 사회성이 높아짐을 보았으며, 학년이 높을수록 자기개념과 사회성은 감소하며, 자기개념에는 부모의 영향이, 사회성에서는 교사의 영향이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 아동에게 적합한 부모양육태도와 교사학급운영태도를 적용하여 아동의 자기개념과 사회성을 기르는 대안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 주요어 : 부모양육태도, 교사학급운영태도, 자기개념, 사회성; The purpose of this study was to research into the effects of parents' rearing attitude and teachers' guidance attitude on children. There was the limitation to research into children complexly affected by parents and teachers, since the relation only between parents and children or between teachers and children was investigated in preceding studies, even it was known that parents and teachers had a considerable effect on children. Therefore, in order to overcome the limitation, both parents and teachers were suggested as factors that had an effect on children. In this study, self-concept and sociality were used as a standard to investigate how they specifically affected children. 246 students from an elementary school in Yong-in were randomly selected for sampling. Parents' rearing attitude and teachers' guidance attitude recognized by students, self-concept, and sociality were investigated through a questionnaire. Parenting rearing attitude and teachers' guidance attitude were divided into affection-avoidance, autonomy-control, achievement-non achievement, and rationality-irrationality to study the effects on children's self-concept and sociality. Correlation of variables and multiple regression analysis to examine the qualitative differences between parenting attitudes and teachers' guidance attitude were conducted. The results could be summarized as below. First, as the effects of parents' rearing attitude on students, it was found that children's self-concept was getting higher in simple correlation, as they highly recognized parents' affection, autonomy, achievement and rationality. It was researched that parents' achievement-centered rearing attitude had a serious effect on children's self-concept, as only significance of parents' achievement were statistically appeared after multiple regression analysis. Parents' rearing attitude was more effective in children's self-concept than teachers' guidance attitude. Second, as the effects of parents' rearing attitude on children's sociality, when parents were affectionate, autonomous, achievement-centered and rational, children got high sociality in simple correlation. Also, when the grade of children was getting higher, their sociality was getting lower. After multiple regression analysis, it was understood that parents' achievement-centered rearing attitude was a prior factor to draw children's self-concept, as being significant only in parents' achievement. Third, for the effects of teachers' guidance attitude on children's self-concept, since they considerably recognized teachers' affection, achievement, rationality, their self-concept was getting higher in simple correlation. As they were going to higher grade, self-concept was getting lower. As statistical significance was only appeared in teachers' affection from the result of multiple regression analysis, teachers' guidance attitude was an important factor to form children's self-concept. Fourth, for the effects of teachers' guidance attitude on children's sociality, when highly recognizing teachers' affection, achievement, rationality, children got deep sociality in simple correlation. After multiple regression analysis, as statistical significance was appeared only in teachers' affection, it was considered that teachers' guidance attitude was an essential factor to draw children's sociality. Teachers' guidance attitude was more effective in children's sociality than parents' rearing attitude. Through the results, the effects of parents and teachers on children were studied. Also, it was understood that children were able to have high self-concept and sociality, when parents were achievement-centered and teachers were affectionate at once. Self-concept and sociality was reduced, when children were in higher grade. Self-concept was more affected by parents, and sociality was more affected by teachers. It is necessary to find the plans to raise children's self-concept and sociality using proper parents' rearing attitude and teachers' guidance attitude.
