대여 장비에 대한 예방 유지보수 정책의 최적안 결정

Abstract

현대의 장비는 그 구조와 기능이 복잡해지면서 장비를 유지보수 하기 위해서는 고도의 기술과 수리 도구가 필요하게 되었다. 또한, 기술의 급속한 발전으로 장비의 교체 주기는 점점 짧게 되었다. 이에 따라, 장비를 보유함에 따른 많은 문제점이 발생하였고, 다양한 분야의 생산이나 서비스 분야에서 장비를 대여하여 사용하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 장비 대여 시 수리시간이 고장 강도 함수에 비례하는 경우의 예방 유지보수 모형을 제안하였고, 발생 가능한 비용을 최소화하는 예방 정비 주기를 결정한다. 장비는 그 사용 기간이 증가함에 따라 장비의 수명은 감소하고 고장률은 증가하게 된다. 장비는 고장이 발생하면 수리를 통해서 사용 가능한 상태로 복구된다. 이때, 예방 정비를 시행함으로써 장비의 고장률은 감소하게 된다. 장비 대여의 환경은 장비를 대여해주고 유지보수를 하는 임대인, 장비를 대여하여 사용하는 임차인, 장비 대여에 관한 계약, 대여 장비로 구성된다. 임차인은 고장으로 인하여 장비를 사용하지 못하는 경우를 예방하기 위해서 고장 발생에 대해서 페널티 비용을 대여 계약에 포함한다. 예방 정비 활동은 고장으로 인한 비용을 감소시키나, 예방 정비 활동의 비용을 증가시킨다. 이와 같은 유형의 비용 발생 상황을 고려하여 유지보수 모형을 세우고 총 비용을 최소화하는 예방 정비 주기를 결정한다.; Equipments degrade with age and ultimately fail. Corrective maintenance actions can restore failed equipments to operational states and preventive maintenance actions can control the degradation of the equipments. Preventive maintenance actions may reduce costs incurring from failures but increase preventive maintenance costs. Under a lease contract the lessor carries out the maintenance of leased equipments. The contract may include penalty costs for failures occurring over the lease period and for not rectifying such failures within a specified time limit. Due to this fact, optimal preventive maintenance policies must take these penalty costs into account and be properly traded off against the cost of preventive maintenance actions. Preventive maintenance action may reduce costs by failures but incr？ease preventive maintenance costs. This research introduces an analysis to determine a periodic preventive maintenance policy for minimizing costs when repair time is proportional to the failure intensity function.
