DXB tuner를 위한 재정의 가능한 채널 선택 필터

Abstract

본 논문에서는 DXB tuner를 위한 재정의 가능한 채널 선택 low-pass 필터를 제안하였다. 필터의 차단 주파수는 770kHz, 2.85MHz, 3.3MHz, 3.8MHz 의 4개의 대역을 선택할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 필터의 구현은 Active-RC 적분기를 이용함으로써 높은 선형성을 가지도록 하였고, Elliptic 6차 필터 함수를 선택하여 높은 감쇄특성을 얻었다. 또한 Dual-slope 자동 보정 회로를 사용하여 PVT 변화에 따른 차단 주파수의 변이를 보상하였다.; This paper propose a reconfigurable channel selection filter for direct-conversion multi-mode and multi-band DXB tuner which combines DVB-x and x-DMB into one platform. Cascade of a sixth-order elliptic filter and a first-order all-pass equalizer satisfies the magnitude and group delay specifications. The cut-off frequency can be re-configured to 770kHz, 2.85MHz, 3.3MHz and 3.8MHz. A dual-slope automatic tuning circuit accurately adjusts the frequency response of the filter.
