대학골프 전공학생들의 심리기술 활용도 조사

Abstract

시합상황이나 운동수행 중에 사용하는 심리적 기술을 측정하여 대학골프전공학생들의 일반적 특성인 성별, 학년, 연령, 경력, 핸디캡에 따른 심리적 기술의 차이를 파악하여 대학골프 전공학생들의 잠재능력을 최대로 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 모색하는 데에 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구 대상은 대학에 재학 중인 골프선수를 대상으로 하였으며, 총 152명으로부터 유효한 응답을 확보하였다. 본 연구의 검사도구로 우찬명(2003)의 “골프선수의 심리적 기술 검사지”를 사용하여 골프선수들의 심리적 기술을 측정하였다. 회수한 설문지는 분석목적에 따라 빈도분석과 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석, t-test와 일원배치분산분석(ANOVA), 사후검증으로서 Scheffe 검증, 그리고 상관관계분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 심리적 기술 수준 분석 대학선수들은 도전의식과 자신감은 상대적으로 높은 수준이었다. 그러나 주의집중력은 보통 수준보다 낮았으며, 불안감도 평균 이상으로 나타났다. 반면 심상조절과 각성조절은 보통(4.0)보다는 다소 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 대학생들은 아직 전반적으로 젊기 때문에 하고자 하는 의욕과 자신감은 높았으나 문제 상황에 대처할 수 있는 불안감과 주의집중력은 보완되어야 할 것이다. 2. 심리 기술 하위 요인간의 상관관계분석 도전의식, 심상조절, 자신감, 각성조절은 상호간의 의미 있는 긍정적인 상관관계를 보이고 있는 반면, 주의집중과 불안은 상호 부정적인 상관성을 나타내고 있었다. 즉 긍정적 심리기술과 부정적 심리기술 요인은 각각 별개의 상호 상관성이 높게 나타난 것이다. 3. 일반적 특성에 따른 심리기술 차이분석 (1)성별에 따른 대학골프 전공학생들의 심리기술 차이분석 6개의 심리기술 하위 요인 중 ‘자신감’에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나 남성학생과 여성학생간에 심리기술 정도가 다르다고 볼 수 없었다. (2) 학년에 따른 대학골프 전공학생들의 심리기술 차이분석 불안, 도전의식, 심상조절, 자신감, 주의집중, 각성조절 등 모든 하위 요인에서 학년에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않아 학년은 심리기술 정도와 의미 있는 관련성이 매우 낮다는 것으로 볼 수 있다. (3) 연령에 따른 대학골프 전공학생들의 심리기술 차이분석 심리기술의 도전의식을 제외한 모든 하위 요인과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으므로, 연령은 대학골프 전공학생들의 심리 기술과 의미 있는 관련성이 적다는 것을 보여주고 있다. (4) 경력에 따른 대학골프 전공학생들의 심리기술 차이분석 도전의식, 심상조절, 자신감, 그리고 각성조절 등과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이고 있었으며, 이러한 긍정적 요인들은 경력에 따라서 의미 있는 차이를 나타냈다. 즉 경력이 높은 집단에서 심리기술이 높게 나타났으며, 경력이 낮을수록 심리기술 수준 역시 낮은 것으로 파악되었다. (5) 핸디캡에 따른 대학골프 전공학생들의 심리기술 차이분석 도전의식, 심상조절, 자신감, 그리고 각성조절 등과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내고 있었으며, 이러한 긍정적 요인들은 핸디캡에 따라서 의미 있는 차이를 나타냈다. 즉 핸디캡이 낮은 집단에서 심리기술이 높으며, 핸디캡이 높을수록 심리기술 수준 역시 낮은 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 대학골프 전공학생들의 심리기술을 적절히 활용하여 보완 및 개선시킬 수 있는 노력이 뒤따라야 할 것이며, 아울러 심리기술 향상 방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.; Among game circumstance or exercise achievement, I allow purpose of study to grope plan that do so that can grasp difference of psychological technology by sex, class, age, background, handicap that is general special quality of university golf major students because measure an used psychological technology and display potency of university golf major students to maximum. Uses "It is golfer's psychological technical inspection" of drawing for inspection Guro Uchanmyeong (2003) of this study and measured psychological technology of golfers. Questionnaire that reclaim executes Scheffe verification, and interrelation Test and got following conclusion as frequency analysis and technology statistical analysis according to analysis purpose, reliability analysis, t-test and one-way layout analysis of variance (ANOVA), verification after one's death etc. 1. Psychological technological level analysis. University players challenge consciousness and pride relatively high level be. But, possession power was lower than commonness level, and fear was expose average. The other side, mental image control and awakening control were expose by level that is high more or less than commonness (4.0). University students because was young yet generally, volition and pride which wish to do were high but fear and possession power that can cope in problem circumstance may have to be supplemented. 2. Interrelation analysis between mind technology low rank factor. While challenge consciousness, mental image control, pride, awakening control are shown mutual relevant positive interrelation, possession and uncertainty were displaying contradictory interrelationship mutually. That is, positive mind know-how and contradictory mind technology leading person appears each different interrelationship between high. 3. That is, mind technology level also can analyze by low thing as handicaps is high a mind technology in low group, and handicap is high. Effort that can supplement and improve taking advantage of mind technology of university golf major students properly on the basis of such result may have to follow, and is considered that mind technology elevation plan should be readied together.
