오르프와 고든의 오디에이션 활동을 적용한 음악치료가 시설아동의 주의집중력과 과잉행동에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 오르프를 적용한 음악치료와 고든의 오디에이션 활동을 통한 음악치료가 시설아동의 주의집중력과 과잉행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울시 강북구 소재 OO시설원의 5세 아동 18명이며, 치료집단 9명과 통제집단 9명으로 구분하여 치료집단의 효과를 검증하였다. 집단 음악치료는 주 2회로 30분씩 총 15회 실시하였다. 연구에 사용된 측정도구는 다음과 같다. 주의집중력을 측정하기 위해 Conners부모·교사 평정척도와 교사용 종합평정척도(ACTeRS)를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 가설 1. 음악치료가 시설아동의 주의집중력을 향상시킬 것이다를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 음악치료가 시설아동의 주의집중력을 향상시키는데 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 가설 2. 음악치료가 시설아동의 과잉행동을 감소시킬 것이다를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 음악치료가 시설아동의 시키는데 과잉행동을 감소시키는데 유의미한 감소를 보였다. 위의 연구 결과를 토대로 살펴볼 때, 오르프와 고든의 오디에이션 활동을 적용한 음악치료가 시설아동의 주의집중력 향상과 과잉행동 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 고든의 오디에이션 활동을 통한 시설아동의 주의집중력 향상과 과잉행동의 감소를 위한 치료적 접근방법을 제시하는 계기가 되었다는 데에 큰 의미가 있으며, 또한 아동들을 치료할 수 있는 음악매체의 경우, 오르프의 음악과 고든의 음악을 교육적 접근에서 치료적 접근으로 활용할 수 있는 계기가 되었다는 데에 의미가 있다.; The purpose of the research is to find out how the music therapy applied by Orff and the audiation activity of Gordon affects to the children's concentration of attention and the excess behavior. The 18 children of 5 years old in the facility located in the Kang Buk Gu, Seoul are observed divided by the group of treatment which is composed of 9 children and the control group to prove the effect of the therapy. The group music therapy is conducted for 30 minutes, twice a week. The total time is 15. The tools to measure the result in the research are ACTeRS for the teachers and the standard for the stability of the conners parents and the teachers in order to measure the concentration of intention. The result of the research is following. Hypothesis 1. The music therapy is proved to improve the concentration of intention for the children in the facilities. As the result, there is a meaningful improvement of the concentration caused by the music therapy. Hypothesis 2. The music therapy is proved to decrease the excess behavior for the children in the facilities. As the result, there is a aningful decrement of the excess behavior. Based on the above result of the research, it may provide the positive effect for decrease the excess behavior and the improve the concentration of intention to use the music therapy applied by Orff and the audiation activity of Gordon. It gives the great meaning as the case in which the way of the therapy is suggested to decrease the excess behavior and improve the concentration of intention for the children in the facilities through the audiation activity of Gordon in the research. And, for the music media to treat the children, it gives the meaning to be the case in which we are able to use the Orff music and Gordon music as the educational view.
