건설사 조기마감 실현을 위한 통합시스템 구축방안 연구

Abstract

경영환경의 변화에 대한 기업의 대처 능력이 곧 기업의 생존에 직결되고 있는 시점에서 기업이 살아남기 위해서는 빠른 업무처리와 경영진의 신속하고 올바른 의사결정이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 정확하고 풍부한 정보의 신속한 제공이 필수 인데 건설업에서는 특유의 '변수의 다양성' 때문에 단위 프로젝트 위주로 시스템이 개발되어 있는 실정이고 이러한 단위 시스템 위주의 개발과 운용은 업무중복, 자료의 불일치 등의 문제가 있어 정확하고 빠른 정보의 제공이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 이유로 각 건설사에서는 통합시스템의 구축을 추진하여 조기마감을 실현 하려고 하고 있다. 그러나 기존 패키지 통합시스템의 도입은 건설사 특유의 업무 프로세스와 맞지 않고 Customization 을 통해 이 문제를 해결한다 하더라도 건설사 입장에서 시스템 구축에 관한 지식과 노하우를 습득하기 어렵고, 현업과 상이한 업무방식으로 인해 사용자들에게 외면당할 가능성이 존재한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 건설회사인 P 사를 대상으로 P 사 특유의 업무 프로세스와 사용자 요구사항을 분석하여 조기마감을 실현함으로써 정확하고 빠른 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 P사의 업무에 최적화 된 통합시스템을 구축하는 방안을 제안 하고자한다.; Capability of an enterprise in coping with changes brought by management environment is directly related to the survival of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise requires tasks to be processed faster and managements to quickly make right decisions. For this, distribution of accurate and abundant information is indispensable. In the case of construction industry, system is built per project basis following 'Diversified Variables' uniquely innate in the industry. However, such project based on system development and operation has disadvantages such as duplicated tasks, discordant materials, etc. Therefore, quick distribution of accurate information is not possible. Because of these reasons, construction companies are trying to build integrated system for an early closing realization. Nevertheless, introduction of conventional package based integrated system to construction companies is not suitable to their task operation. Furthermore, even if these problems may be solved through customization, construction companies may not be able to acquire knowledge and technicality in system development and such developed system may possibly be unwanted by users following difference in task operation method. In this perspective, the study seeks to analyze task processing and user request of a construction company P for early closing realization. Then the study seeks to propose a method in building integrated system that is optimized to task processing of the P company.
