Abstract
자료처리는 SPSS 통계패키지 12.0과 AMOS(Analysis Moment of Structure) 4.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계기법을 수행하였다. This study is purposed to analyze the reasons of participations of elementary·middle school heavy gymnastics players and to develop the paper to examine the motives of participation that can induce the fostering of heavy gymnastics players, enhancement of performance abilities and increased participations. In order to develop the tools to measure the motives of participation of elementary · middle school heavy gymnastics players, data were collected through open type questionnaires and interviews and based on the data, were the factors of motives of participation and questions extracted. Technical statistics analyses and questions analyses were executed to extract questions, exploratory factor analyses were executed in order to extract the causes of the motives of participation and confirmational factor analyses were executed in order to test the fitness of the structural model of extracted causes. Data were processed through the execution of statistical technique using SPSS statistics package 12.0 and AMOS(Analysis Moment of Structure) 4.0 program. First, from the causes of the motives of participation obtained through literature examinations, interviews and open type questionnaires, 78 questions were extracted from 7 kinds of causes I. e. environmental causes, objective causes, bodily health causes, interest causes, recommendation causes, ostentation causes, no motive causes and subsequently the content validity tests were executed by experts on the extracted questions and thereby 15 questions were deleted and thus 63 questions were determined to be the questions for initial preliminary test. And then the initial preliminary test on the 63 questions led to the deletion of 18 questions all of which were no motive causes and the secondary preliminary test on the 45 questions resulted in the deletion of 13 questions which were all of the recommendation causes leaving 32 questions as the questions for major test. Second, during the major test executed on the 32 questions that had gone through initial and secondary preliminary tests, 6 causes were hammered out from 1st exploratory cause analysis and 5 causes were deduced as a result of 2and exploratory cause analysis that was executed on 22 questions left after the deletion of 10 questions whose cause common property and cause accumulated value are the standard value or under. And then after the deletion of 2 questions whose cause common property and cause accumulated value are the standard value or under, 5 causes were hammered out through 3and exploratory cause analysis. Causes hammered out were named as objective cause, bodily health cause, interest cause, environment cause and ostentation cause respectively. Also, the confidence values of the causes extracted was indicated to be objective=.878, bodily health=.855, interest=.831, environment=.807, ostentation=.864 respectively. Third, the confirmational cause analysis executed on the 20 questions for the 5 causes extracted in exploratory analyses indicated Chi-square=564.3, p>0.000, RMR=.056 GFI=.912, AGFI=.879, NFI=.910, TLI=.916, CFI=.932, RMSEA=.071 revealing that all were over the judgment criteria of fitness thus the structural model was shown to be suitable. The confidence value of objective cause was shown to be the highest among the causes revealed from the development of the test paper for the motives of participation in heavy gymnastics, and all of no motive causes and recommendation causes were deleted by initial and secondary preliminary tests. As such, it was revealed that the most importantly working cause in elite sports was objective cause. This suggested that it is most important to participate in heavy gymnastics which is an elite sport with accurate objectives. In conclusion, the final causes and questions developed for the paper to test the motives of participation of elementary· middle school heavy gymnastics players were 20 questions for 5 causes I. e. objective cause(5 questions), bodily health cause(5 questions), interest cause(4 questions), environmental cause(4 questions) and ostentation cause(3 questions).
