건설 기업성과와 정보화 투자의 상관관계 분석

Abstract

국내의 기업들은 IT기반의 유비쿼터스 사회의 정보화 시대를 맞이하여 기업 경쟁력 제고와 급변하는 대내외 기업환경에 대처할 수 있는 가장 효율적인 방법으로 기업의 정보화를 말하고 있다. 최근 건설 산업을 둘러싼 대내외적 환경변화는 기술 경쟁력 확보와 동시에 건설 정보화를 다면적으로 요구하고 있으며, 건설 산업이 대형화, 복잡화 되고 있는 가운데 향후 효과적인 경쟁력을 보유하기 위해 IT를 적용한 건설 산업이 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 그러나 타 산업에 비해 건설기업의 정보화 투자는 매우 소극적인 투자행태를 보이고 있어 건설기업들의 정보화 투자 환경의 개선책 마련이 요구 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 정보화 수준과 건설 기업성과의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 건설기업의 정보화 투자 환경 및 동향을 살펴보고, 정보화 평가 모델에 따른 건설기업의 정보 기술도입 현황, 정보화 투자 현황, 정보화 투자효과를 측정한 후 정보화 수준을 평가하고, 또한 이를 통해 건설기업의 정보화에 대한 선행연구와 비교하여 정보화 수준변화를 분석하고, 향후 국내 건설기업의 정보화 추진전략 및 지원정책 수립 시 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다.; The enterprise information technology(IT) and system(IS) is widespread efficient method to be able to manage competitiveness increase and the rapidly changing enterprise circumstance, for the entire domestic firm's, keeping pace with the information times of ubiquitous society of the IT/IS. Recently, the environment change of the construction industry needs to secure the technological competitiveness increase and simultaneously construction IT/IS and therefore the construction industry, getting large-sized and complex, applied with the IT/IS will increase to have efficient competitiveness. But because the construction firm’s investment for information technology is conservative behavior than the others, the investment circumstance of the construction firm's should be changed in better way. With evaluate the IT/IS of the construction firm by measuring their IT/IS induction status, their IT/IS investment circumstance and the IT/IS investment effect, this research presents fundamental information of the IT/IS forwarding strategy and supporting policy establishment by analyzing the correlation between the IT/IS and the construction firm's performance.
