차량규격에 따른 주차구획의 건축계획에 관한 연구

Abstract

1962년 5개년 경제개혁의 추진과 함께 우리나라의 산업발전으로 말미암아 사회전반에 걸쳐 많은 변화를 가져다 주었다. 산업발전과 더불어 인간의 사회 및 일상생활에서 가장 필수적으로 요구되는 것이 이동과 관련되는 일련의 환경 및 건축물의 환경이라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 일련의 환경은 누구든 불편없이 이용할 수 있도록 되어 있어야 한다. 그 도구 또한 다양화 되고 있으나 현재 우리의 자동차는 이동과 활용에 있어서 과거의 부의 상징에서 생활의 필요 도구 악으로 자리 잡고 있다. 자동차가 증가함에 따라 주차에 대한 인식의 변화와 공간의 확보에도 관심을 가지고 있다. 사회 전반에서 주차공간에 따른 수요창출과 주차공간에 대한 공급과 운영시스템의 변화에 많은 할애를 추구했다. 즉, 주차장의 수를 확보하는 데에만 노력과 연구가 있었다는 것이다. 기존의 주차구획의 공간적 기준은 수차례의 수정보완에 의해 1990년에 제정되어 지금까지 과거 15년이상이나 된 것이므로 현재의 차량의 변화와 생활인식의 변화에 부응하지 못하는 것 같다. 따라서 현대인의 주차공간에 대한 인식의 변화와 주차구획공간의 분석을 통한 실수요에 적극 반영될 수 있는 기준을 마련하여 건축물의 계획단계에서부터 주차장이용에 불편함이 없도록 적극 반영될 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 주차장 주차계획에 대한 것으로 그에 대한 범위 및 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구의 문제 인식에 대한 고찰로서 과거의 관계 법령의 변화추이와 주차장 계획의 기준정리, 관련 문헌이나 논문을 통한 이론적 정리를 표출한다. 둘째, 현재의 주차구획 규정시기의 차량제원 및 변화 원인 분석, 현재의 차량의 제원 및 표준신체 치수의 비교 검토를 통한 이론적 공간 관계를 검토해 본다. 셋째, 앞에서 살펴 본 이론을 근거로 하여 불특정지역의 주차단지의 사례조사와 주차장 이용자의 설문조사를 통한 주차 구획의 문제점을 비교분석하여 이상적 해결점을 제시한다. 위의 과정으로 연구결과를 정리해 보면 현재의 주차구획인 2.3m×5.0m는 현재 차량의 제원과 이용자의 신체적 체격의 변화에 부응하지 못하는 규격이다. 실질적으로 차량의 제원과 이용자의 편의성, 주차공간의 공간적 경제성을 검토하면, 현재의 주차구획 규격이 주차를 한 뒤 이동에 있어서는 인간의 직립보행은 가능한 정도는 되어야 된다고 본다. 승,하차 시에도 몸을 비틀어서 겨우 승, 하차하거나 문을 열때 옆의 벽체나 차량의 충격없이 최대한 편하게 이용이 되어야 한다.; There are a lot of changes in all society through industrial development in Korea from Economic Reform Plan starting in 1962. One of the most needed necessities in human beings' society and routine with industrial development shall be a serial of environment related with moving and buildings. These kind of environment should be supplied for every one to use it without any inconvenience. Moving tools are being diverse and nowadays cars are becoming necessary items for a living from the meaning of wealth at past in accordance with movement and several usages. As numbers of cars increase, understanding for parking is changing and we start to consider the having parking area. Demand creation for parking space and supplying the space and operating system are being pursued in all society. That is, there have been endeavor and study only for acquiring the number of parking space. Existing parking standard for the area which is enacted in 1990 after several changes and amendment is more than 15years old and it is not suitable for the present condition according to the changes on numbers of cars and living style. Through people' changes on the understanding about parking area and analysis on the space of parking area, we are going to set up new standard to be reviewed even at planning status of building not to have inconvenience on using the parking area. This study is about parking lot plan, the scope and method about that is as follows; First, indicating past changing trend of related law and standard arrangement of parking lot plan and theoretical arrangement through related papers and thesis. Second, Study theoretical space relationship comparing between vehicles' dimension, changing reason analysis at the time of enacting the existing law and nowadays vehicles' dimension and standard body size. Third, on the basis of theory what we surveyed before, after investigating the usage of not particular area's parking lot and comparing and analyzing the problems of parking area through survey on questions, ideal solutions are showed. When we check up the study result above, we can recognize that existing parking size 2.3m x 5.0m is not proper size which can be suitable for nowadays' vehicle dimension and standard body size. After considering the actual vehicles' size and user's convenience and space efficiency of the parking area, recent parking space standard size should have enough space which we can walk properly after parking between cars. Parking space should be used as conveniently as possible for the people not to twist their body when they get on and off and for the door not to touch the wall or cars beside.
