도로 방음벽의 경제성 분석에 관한 연구

Abstract

With the raise of the standard of living and sharp increase of automobiles, problem of road traffic noises is getting more and more serious. And with the expansion of traffic network, the noise has invaded the area such as outskirts of a city and farming and fishing villages in which problem of noise had never been serious. We need to check the level of noise of new/existing road and to develop a precise forecast technic pertaining reducing factors in noise-delivery path, with which we can deal civil petitions that stem from problem of road traffic noise. The best known and commonly used solution for delivery path of road traffic noises is that of soundproofing wall, which is being already used in some areas that desperately needs reduction of highway traffic noises after a landscape study and assessment of future traffic, but even after establishing one, some section needs re-establishment because of unexpected high level of noise, which was anticipated to decrease. But unfortunately, even in a case of re-exceeding level of noise that overshadows the very existence of soundproofing wall,re-establishment is not done in a proper period because of burden of exorbitant expenses. Then a silencer can be alternative to the problem. So, in this study we should like to check the merits and demerits of a silencer, to examine the efficiency from case study, then to make an analysis regarding economic feasibility of it, comparing the normal soundproofing wall and transparent soundproofing wall. When equipped on top of the wall, a silencer made an effect that is identical to a 2m-expansion of wall, which made a reduction of 2 to 4dB(A) of noise. The sound-absorbing power of a silencer can be maximized at the frequency of 1000Hz, reducing the most annoying noises for human beings. And a case study also shown that a silencer can cause a reduction of at least 1.6 dB to 4.9dB of noises at most. For both normal and transparent wall of length of 5m, an alternative of a normal 3.5m wall with a silencer reduced total cost to 12%, with transparent wall reducing 17% respectively. Likewise, silencer has superiority both in terms of expense and efficiency. Also, establishing a silencer is far easier than that of a soundproofing wall, which is a fact that secures its numerous use in many section. However, we couldn't make examine the installation cost of a silencer and wall minutely, which is the limit of our study. We think that a full study is needed for that in following study.; 생활수준의 향상과 자동차의 급속한 증가로 인해 도로교통 소음은 갈수록 높아지는 경향을 나타내고 있으며, 도로망의 확장으로 소음피해지역도 소음이 거의 문제시 되지 않았던 도시교외는 물론 농어촌까지 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 도로교통 소음과 관련하여 예상되는 주민 민원에 대해 능동적으로 대처하기 위해서는 신설 및 기존 도로의 소음 유발정도와 소음전달 경로상의 감쇠기구의 정확한 예측 기술이 필요하다. 도로교통 소음의 전파경로대책으로 가장 잘 알려져 있고, 널리 이용되고 있는 것은 방음벽에 의한 것으로, 현재 고속도로 교통소음 저감이 필요한 지역에 대해서는 지형 특성 및 장래 교통량 등을 고려하여 방음벽이 설계·설치되고 있으나, 방음벽 설치 후에도 측정 소음도가 설계시의 예측 소음도를 상회하여 방음벽의 재시공이 필요한 구간이 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 방음벽만으로 도로 교통의 소음도를 상회하는 경우 방음벽 재시공 많은 비용의 부담으로 인하여 적절한 시기에 재시공이 되고 있지 못한고 있는 실정이다. 이에 대한 대책으로 소음감소기를 이용 할수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소음감소기의 장단점을 확인하고, 사례를 통한 효과를 분석한 다음, 일반방음벽과 투명방음벽과의 비용면을 비교 하여 경제성 분석을 하고자 한다. 소음감소기를 방음벽 상단에 설치를 했을 경우 평균 2.0m 를 더 증축한 효과를 볼수 있으며, 이 경우 소음추가 저감효과는 2-4dB(A)감량 효과를 볼 수 있다. 소음감소기의 흡음력은 주파수가 1000Hz일때 가장 좋은 흡음력과 흡음률을 보여 사람들이 가장 민감한 소음을 줄여주는 역할을 한다. 사례별 효과에서도 소음감소기는 적게는 1.6dB에서 크게는 4.9dB까지 소음 감소 효과를 나타내고 있다. 일반형 방음벽과 투명형 방음벽 두 집단 모두 5m 높이의 방음벽을 시공하고자 할 경우 높이 3.5m의 방음벽과 소음감소기를 함께 시공하는 것이 비용면에서 일반형 방음벽의 경우는 12% 비용절감 효과와, 투명형 방음벽에서는 17%의 비용절감 효과를 볼 수 있다. 이렇게 소음감소기는 비용과 효과적인 면에서 우수한 점을 지니고 있다. 또한 소음감소기는 시공 역시 방음벽을 시공하는 것보다는 편리하여 보다 많은 구간에서 확장되어 사용되어 질수 있으리라 기대된다. 본 연구의 한계점은 소음감소기와 방음벽 설치의 비용을 원가단위로 세분하여 조사하지 못한 것이 한계점이라 할 수 있겠다. 추후의 연구에서는 이에 대한 충분한 검토가 필요하다.
