테마형 도심공원 動線분석을 통한 시설물디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날 현대 도시환경은 인간과 자연중심의 새로운 공간으로 디자인되고 있는 것이 세계적인 흐름이다. 우리나라의 도시에도 과거의 ‘개발을 위한 개발’이 아닌 인간생활의 쾌적함을 고려한 도시환경으로 만들어 가려는 다양한 노력을 하고 있으며, 그 대표적인 것으로 인간에게 있어 보다 인간중심의 여가를 활용할 수 있는 자연친화적인 환경을 조성하는 도심공원을 들 수 있다. 오늘날 이러한 현상은 사람들이 보다 인간중심적이고, 자연친화적인 윤택한 삶을 원하며, 그에 대한 욕구는 계층간, 지역간에 다양하게 표출되고 있으며, 인간적 요구의 대표적인 표현의 바람으로 최근 웰빙(Well-Being)이나 로하스(Lohas)라는 개념으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 인간적인 요구는 생활환경의 변화 즉, 인간과 자연중심적인 도시환경으로의 변화를 초래하였으며, 오늘날 이러한 도시환경 변화의 중심에는 사람들의 여가활용과 정보를 공유할 수 있는 공원이나 광장 등의 열린 공간(Open space)이 그러한 변화의 중심에 있다. 이러한 역할을 하는 도심공원의 시설물들은 공원 이용자들의 動線 분석을 바탕으로 적절한 수량과 적합한 위치를 고려하여 설치되었을 때 그것을 이용하는 이용자에게 보다 나은 편의를 제공할 수 있다. 공원을 구성하는 시설물들의 디자인 작업에 있어 여러 종류의 접근할 수 있는 분석 방법이 있으나, 그 중 본 연구에서는 이용자 보행의 動線분석을 통해 접근한다. 또한 動線분석을 할 수 있는 가장 구체적인 방법인 이용자 추적법(User Tracking)의 제시와 더불어 부가적으로 흔적조사를 병행하여 主動線을 파악하고, 공원 이용자들의 편의를 제공하는 시설물들을 효과적으로 배치하기 위한 배치지점을 선정하여 공원을 구성하는 편의시설물 디자인에 있어 종류 및 배치 등의 파악을 통해 디자인 제작에 있어 필요한 설계지침을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다.; These days, it is very common that people visit urban parks for their recreation. But usually people find out some inconvenience to use urban park in several reasons. One of the main reasons of the inconvenience is inappropriate pedestrian mall. There are many studies about pedestrian mall, but most of them were focused on in-door pedestrian mall such as department store, hospital The purpose of this study is to find out the user's mall flow and user behavior with regard to pedestrian in the urban park. Regarding pedestrian mall, grasped mall flow and the correlation among each space and analyzed pedestrian mall in urban parks through case studies. For the evaluation after visiting, Direct Observation, which is for user analysis, and interviews ＆ questionnaires have been applied. For the specific analysis of pedestrian malls urban parks, applied User Tracking and Trace Measures, which have been developed from Direct Observation. Kyonggi Ansan City Lake-Park has been selected as a subject destination of the studies since it's suitableness to apply User Tracking and Trace Measures. 5 investigators have done 10 days of investigation and total 42 valid samples has been acquired and analyzed. The results of the are as follow Interviews ＆ Questionnaires show variety of user's age 10's-50's and high revisiting rate 82.7%. Also it shows 38.1% of users are accompanied by their family 3-5people. The average longest stay 4hour 15minutes.
