U-ECO City 개념정립과 시스템 구축에 관한 기초 연구

Abstract

우리나라는 20세기 후반, 50여년의 짧은 기간동안 급속한 발전과 성장을 하였지만, 성장의 이면에 존재하는 사회문제도 동시다발적으로 부각되었고 그 심각성도 발전의 속도만큼 크게 증가했다. 이러한 사회문제에서 가장 중요한 도시환경문제를 해결하기 위해서는 기존의 성장을 위한 도시계획 보다는 ‘환경친화적인 도시계획’을 수립하는 것이 중요하며 그 방안으로 U-ECO City를 들 수 있다. U-Eco City는 Ubiquitous와 Ecologic의 합성어로 첨단 IT기술을 집대성한 유비쿼터스 인프라를 바탕으로 도시관리 기술과 생태계 순환기능 유지, 에너지순환 및 자원사용저감 기술 등을 통해 인간과 자연이 어우러지는 쾌적한 환경을 갖춘 미래형 첨단 친환경 기술을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 U-ECO City의 개념을 정립하여 도시내에서 인간과 자연이 함께 지속적으로 공존하는 사회를 만드는데 그 목적이 있다. 기본적인 인간생활에 필요한 에너지와 물질을 공급해주고 인간 생활을 원활히 유지시켜 나가기 위하여 도시를 6가지 벨트(녹지, 물, 대기, 토양, 농지, 에너지)와 6가지 생태(주거, 숲, 하천, 지하, 바다, 농지)로 나누어 연구하였으며, 각각의 벨트와 생태에 유비쿼터스 기술을 이용, 네트워크를 구축하여 녹지면적과 친수공간의 증대, 환경재해예방 및 도시환경 개선 등에 따른 시민들에게 안전과 편의를 제공하는 서비스 기반기술을 연구하였다. 그 결과 U-ECO City는 첨단 정보통신기슬 인프라를 바탕으로 환경에 미치는 악영향을 최소화시킬 수 있는 도시관리 기술과 생태계 순환기능 등의 기술을 통해 인간과 자연이 공존하는 쾌적하고, 안전하며, 편리한 환경을 갖춘 미래형 첨단 친환경 도시 건설이 가능할 것으로 판단되어진다.; U-ECO City is compound Ubiquitous City and Ecologic City. City environment for human beings has been diversified and more convenient due to the development of high technology and civilization brought by industrialization in the 20th century. The development of scientific and technological civilization have brought about many things that threaten the environment, the health of human beings and life itself. U-ECO City is method for solves a urban environment problem. The U-ECO it theorize the concept of the City and with the human being it makes the society where the nature coexists together. Ubiquitous it used a technique and, to construct the network provides a security division bias to the citizens the service system which it researched.
