가로 연접공간의 폴드화를 통한 연도형 복합시설 구상

Abstract

현대의 도시 속에서 사람들의 행위는 도시 공간속에서 일어나며, 행위는 다양 한 프로그램으로 복합된다. 흐름과 네트워크로 조직되는 현대 도시의 특성을 통 해 건축의 프로그램들은 내부와 외부, 사성과 공성의 경계를 넘나들며 도시와 건 축의 관계를 긴밀하게 만든다. 더 이상 건축은 도시라는 배경 위의 형상으로 존 재하는 요소가 아니라 흐름과 프로그램을 통해 중첩되며 도시 그 차체를 내포하 는 것이 된다. 이것은 산업구조의 변화와 기술의 발달에 의한 사회적 변화가 도 시 공간을 변모 시켰기 때문이다. 건물의 변화는 또한 그와 접하는 가로의 변화 와 함께 일어난다. 이는 기존의 유형과는 다른 유형, 복합적인 유형을 만들어 낸 다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 집약성과 복합성은 다양하고 생동감 넘치는 공간을 만 들어 낸다. 도시는 다양한 용도의 복합으로 구성되어져 있고, 이러한 다양성이 드러나는 상황을 통해 하나의 건축물은 도시 구조에 한층 더 가까이 접근하게 된다. 특히 지표면에 위치한 도시 가로 공간과 건축물이 직접 연결되어 있는 저층 부는 가로 환경에 직접적인 영향력을 행사하는 공간으로 도시 환경의 질적인 측 면과 깊은 연관성을 갖게 된다. 도시 가로의 공간은 단순한 통행의 기능 외에 도 시의 중요한 생활공간으로서의 기능을 담당할 뿐 아니라 건축물과 도시를 연계 하는 중요한 매개채로 작용한다. 그리고 그 곳은 사람들의 옥외생활공간으로서 그 중요성이 건축물의 내부공간과 크게 다르지 않고, 내·외부공간의 경계와 영 영의 경계를 적절히 설정함으로써 가로와 건축물은 상호 밀접한 관계 속에서 도 시 생활자들의 쾌적한 생활을 보장하는데 기여할 수 있다. 도시 가로 공간에 연접하여 위치하게 되는 연도형 시설은 도시의 가로환경 속에서 사회와 생활을 반영하는 시설로서 작동하고, 도시의 변화에 따라 관계를 달리하며 새롭게 정의되어져야하는 복합적 공간이다. 그 공간은 도시의 다양한 요소들이 흐르며 집합되는 공간으로 나타나고, 폴드화 되어진 유동적인 흐름의 속성은 새로운 시설과 공간의 경험을 유발하며, 가로의 경험은 장소를 재생산한 다. 그리고 그것은가로의 ‘일상생활공간‘으로써의 역할 뿐만이 아니라 가로와 연 접된 단지 또는 블락이 갖는 도시 공간의 정체성을 나타낼 수 있는 도시성의 실현기회로써 작용되어진다.; Human-behavior of the modern city is conducted in its space and is composed with various programs. Through the characteristics of modern city, organized with flows and networks, architectural programs make close connections between a city and architecture while moving back and forth between the boundary of individual and public. The architecture is not an element which exists upon the background which is also called city, but it is overlapped through flows and programs to be able to include the city itself. This phenomenon is due to the fact that the social change, done by industrial structure and technical development, has altered the city spaces. Changes of the building structure also happens with street changes which is adjacent to it. It is possible to say that this makes a complex type which is different from existing ones. This type of integration and complexity create various and active space. City is comprised of complexity of various purposes and a structure accesses more closely to the formation of the city through this diversity-revealing situation. Especially, lower part of structures, directly connected with a street spaces which is located on the ground, is a space, directly affecting street environments and holding deep connections and a quality aspect of city environment. A street space in the city, aside from a simple passage function, functions not only as an important living space of the city but also as a mechanism which connects city and structures. Plus, the importance of the space, as a outdoor living space, is not significantly different from interiors of the structure, and a street and building structures are able to contribute for city dwellers, guaranteeing their comfortable lives, in a close relation by properly setting the boundary between inside and outside, and the territorial boundary. The street type facilities, adjacent to the urban street spaces , work as a facility, reflecting society and life in the urban street environment , and are the complex spaces which must be newly defined adjusting relations according to changes of city. It appears to be a space where a variety of elements flow and gather, folderized characteristics of fluid flow cause experiences of new facility and space, and experiences in the streets reproduce place. Then it functions as an actualizing opportunity of a city, able to not only reflect the roll as a 'daily living space' but also the identity of city space that a complex, which is connected to the street environment, or a block has.
