상상어린이공원 설계에 관한 연구

Abstract

어린이들에게 있어 놀이는 생활의 중요한 일부분으로, 놀이를 통해 성장하고 발달한다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 놀이의 필요성과 중요성에 비추어 볼 때 어린이 놀이터 및 놀이시설에 대한 여러 문제점은 시급히 해결해야 할 당면과제이나 지금까지 어린이 놀이터와 놀이시설의 기준과 제도에 있어 매우 미흡하였다고 단언할 수 있다. 서울특별시에서 추진하는 상상어린이공원 사업 중 하나인 서울특별시 강북구 소재 벌말어린이공원 재 조성공사를 실시함에 있어 실질적인 이용자인 어린이와 주민 및 학부모 등의 의견을 수렴하여 보다 나은 어린이공원을 조성하는데 있어 주민참여형이라는 새로운 방법 제시를 목적으로 하였으나 서울시 상상어린이공원 사업 시 실시한 주민의견수렴회 과정 중 어린이 의견 수렴 단계에서 설문 대상자가 특정 학년에 편중된 점, 수렴 결과에서는 공원 조성에 대한 모델 및 방향성이 잘 드러나지 않은 점 등과 기존 어린이 놀이시설에 대한 문제점 등을 보완하여 어린이공원의 모델을 제시하고자 재 설문을 실시하였으며 통계처리 방법은 SPSS 14.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 교차 분석, 다중응답분석을 실시하였으며 이와 같은 과정을 거쳐 얻은 설문 결과는 벌말어린이공원 설계 및 디자인과정에 참고하였다. 본 논문의 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울특별시 상상어린이공원 조성 목적 및 방향을 분석하였고 공원조성과정에 있어 문제점을 파악하였다. 둘째, 설문조사 결과에 나타난 희망 시설물 중 벌말어린이공원 조성 방향에 부합하는 부분은 적극적으로 반영하도록 노력하였다. 도입된 시설물은 운동기구와 휴게시설과 새롭고 다양한 놀이기구이고 특히 도입을 희망하는 어린이 놀이시설물의 유형은 신체발달과 사회성 증강, 정서 발달 및 모험심을 염두에 둔 각종 시설물이었다. 셋째, 벌말어린이공원만의 특색을 살리고 인근 주거 단지와 자연환경과의 연계성을 고려한 후 그 지역의 랜드마크적인 요소이며 상상적 놀이기능이 적용된 자이언트 나무놀이대를 도입하였다. 공간 계획은 쉼터와 숲 속의 옹달샘, 주민커뮤니티 공간, 휴게 공간으로 구분한 다음 식재 계획, 시설물 계획, 우·배수계획을 세웠다. 본 연구자는 모든 놀이시설에 있어 보다 개선되고 향상된 어린이 놀이터의 방향을 제시하고, 어린이 놀이터 조성 시 새로운 트렌드를 제시하고자하였다. 향후 지방자치단체에서 어린이공원 조성 시, 지금까지 어린이공원의 문제점을 개선함은 물론 이용당사자인 주민의 의견을 적극 수렴한 주민참여형공원 조성을 위한 새로운 기준 모색과 참신하고 다양한 어린이놀이시설 도입 등 발전되고 보완된 어린이공원의 모델을 제시하기 위한 노력이 절실히 필요하다 하겠다.; The playing of children is an important part as their life and developing and growing by way of playing. The safety standards for children's park and facility reflecting as necessity and gravity of play should be subjected to solve immediately, otherwise it is declared there are so many parts missing for safety on it so far. The study, one of SangSang children's park business what promoting by Seoul city, goal to support the new standards rebuilding better for existed BEOLMAL children's park in Seoul Kangbuk Gu after collect the majority opinion from children in substance user, residents and parents. Nevertheless, Statistics treatment measure, using SPSS 14.0 Program is given effect to frequency analysis, intersection analysis, multitude response analysis, because, The result of reflection from Kids, residents and parents for SangSang children's park need to re-research the questionnaire to present the model of complemented children's park as weak point that unclear aim and model to construct park, place to much emphasis on specific grade and problem on existed children's park facility. hereinafter the result through the above process is referred on the plan and design of BEOLMAL children's park and the result of study is as follow. First, analysis the direction and construction aim for SangSang children's park and grasp the problem on park construction process. Second, try to reflect the coincidence part on direction of BEOLMAL park construction positively as desired facility on the result of research. the introduced facilities are athletic goods, rest area and new variety rides, specially the type of children's playing facilities are focused on building up a healthy body, sentiment, adventurous and reinforcement of sociality. Third, the playing of Giant Tree, as an element of the territory of landmark and applied capacity of imagination playing is adopted after considering the connection of nature environment and neighboring residential area on the features of BEOLMAL children's park. the plan of space distinguish by rest area and a small spring in forrest, space of residential communication, and set up the plan for planing, facility and water system for supply and distribution. This study has an intention to suppose new trend when build up children's park and direction of better improved, advanced playground. The model of complemented children's park in which new designed facility as different from the past and groping a new criterion keenly need for building improved situation and people participation when construct the children's park in a local autonomous entity.
