프로젝트관리계획을 통한 효과적인 리스크관리 방안에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 체계적인 프로젝트관리의 기법과 Tool 을 소개하여 이를 통한 효과적인 리스크관리 방안을 제시하고 현 국내 기업의 리스크관리 현황에 따른 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 현 일부 대기업을 제외한 대부분의 국내 기업들은 리스크에 대한 인지도가 부족하고 설사 필요성을 느끼고 있더라도 이에 대한 지식과 역량이 부족할 뿐만 아니라 리스크 분석을 위한 비용, 기법 및 전문인력의 확보에 어려움을 맞고 있는 실정이다. 이에 대한 리스크관리 개선안으로 첫째, 리스크관리에 대한 인식의 변화 즉 리스크는 반드시 막을 수 있다는 발상이 아니라 리스크 항상 존재하므로 사전에 이에 대한 대비를 해야 한다는 발상에 입각하여 리스크 관리를 계획해야 한다. 둘째, 리스크관리는 문제 발생 후 사후 처리하는 관리가 아니라 위험도가 가장 큰 사업 초기에 리스크 관리를 프로젝트관리 계획에 적용시켜 사업 초기부터 종료 시까지 지속적으로 관리를 하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 셋째, 리스크관리는 어느 특정인 또는 특정부서만의 책임이 아니라 모든 조직이 참여하는 전사적인 리스크관리 문화의 정착으로 모든 팀원이 리스크 관리 절차에 포함되어 리스크를 예측하고 대응 안을 함께 마련해야 한다. 넷째, 효율적인 리스크관리를 위하여 형식적인 종전의 관리와는 달리 리스크의 발생 빈도와 그 결과에 따른 영향을 기준으로 등급화 함으로써 리스크를 평가하여 보다 체계적이고 가시적인 관리를 해야 한다.; This study examines successful risk management plan through systematic project management techniques, and provide improvement plan on risk management based on the situation of domestic company. Most of domestic company except few major company lack of perception of risk and even if they are aware of its necessity, they do not have enough knowledge, capability, cost, technique and expert for risk management. To improve risk management, first, we need to change risk management perception as risk is always be there from the concept that risk can be resolved. Second, risk management needs to be applied to project management in the beginning of project and managed until the business end rather than reacting after problem happened. Third, risk management is not only for specific organization, so we need to set up total risk management culture throughout the company so that all the team member can participate in risk management process and make an action plan together. Fourth, more systematical and visualized risk management is required through applying risk assessment technique with risk quantification based on risk impact and probability.
