Abstract
Web2.0 was developing to cause incisiveness influence in society life,business value and human life integrated close together. web2.0 was developed fleetly at the same time,also faced with puzzledom at business model. This article discussed that web2.0 brought us incisiveness influence,and put forward strategy about business model puzzledom. First of all,the introduce web2.0 of generates the source and background from web2.0 notion. Web2.0 was a open notion,and it realized deep free, open, and sharing which was human information dissemination pursued state,these advancement and elevation were revolutionary. At the same time,web2.0 and new media also existed intimate relevancy,web2.0 was a constituent of new media,meanwhile its appearance also created huge collision between tradition media,produced fast development of new media,and proceeded overview about the theory of strategy and business model. Also, it discussed the relation of strategy and business model under web2.0,showed out new characteristics which were different consumer right increase, enterprise was a media, the amalgamation of new and old media, risk investment and high participation , also analyzed web2.0 developing business model puzzledom issue. The next is that the analyses of web2.0 business value,web2.0’s appearance created a series of influence to business value,it was one of expressive viewpoints in this article: this article would like to express content that the technology influence behavior,behavior created business value,business value was with strategy and business model for realization method. Technology, characteristic of user behavior, business value, strategy and business model existed close relevancy,which was a sort of strategy value chain,user viscosity, content, participation framework etc. overall exceed web1.0,urged new media value chain occur spreading,from on-line value to off-line value,from the indirect value of a mass of content to direct value of high quality content,from advertisement inaccuracy put in to accuracy put in,and made corporation core ability face to develop more lightweight and human direction. The part three suggests strategy suggestion for web2.0 new media’s strategy and business model,puts forward high quality content strategy of marching with business model, market segments strategy, service integration strategy,and gives proposal at marketing, establish a business, attracting risk investment, vision design etc aspects,and makes SWOT analyses about Chinese development environment. The part four introduces the development trend anticipation of web2.0. from the aspects of technical applications, business lay and vocation competition view analyses,then gives a conclusion for whole-length analyses and discussion. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful for new media enterprise.
