Abstract
This paper is premium class of single-phase induction motor in order only high efficiency. And parameter interpretation the plan method which is additional it proposed making. After single-phase induction machine planning which is basic it analyzed a stator parameter with the Finite Elements Method and rotor form experimental design the method optimal design the efficiency of initial it improved. Plentifully it is already being used from industry, it is a method of optimal design, the possibility of knowing there was not a plan method of initial. It is in order to undergo the influence where because case of plan of the induction motor the side which is experience is many. Consequently a optimal design it analyzed the para meter which the single-phase induction motor is basic and it tried. The result it adopts the side which is interpretation from the side which is numerical formula with efficiency and it will get the strong point which in premium class is a curtailment of maintenance expense in rise possibility same time and it made. It arranges the single-phase induction machine plan method which is basic from the present paper and to observe in about the interpretation method which leads a Finite Elements Method it tries. Also it tried to observe the loss calculation method which uses an interpretation result. Resultantly it compared the initial model and the additional model and the maintenance expense is economized to observe the effect where it tried. And it tried to observe the effect which appears from two kind models. In order to analyze this effect it stood to use Finite Elements Method, it used it compared it analyzed this simulation result and the electric current wave shape and magnetic flux density distribution etc. each other and an efficient rise reason. A stator form optimal design method it considered each para meter of the stator affects in efficiency from the present paper and it presented. Also it decided the parameter of the rotor slot with 3 kind and the Factrorial Designs and Response Surface Analysis where each parameter affects in efficiency it used it analyzed.. Finally, this paper studies in about the respectively model it calculated the loss to use an interpretation result, the efficiency which is whole it compared. And it applied the respectively design and the different model it tried to observe even about in case. This paper based on above theory intends to help the choice of the optimal model.
