친환경건축 기술의 군사시설 적용에 관한 연구

Abstract

지구온난화의 가장 큰 원인은 화석연료의 과다한 사용과 이에 따른 이산화탄소의 배출에 있다. 인류의 산업화 및 경제성장은 화석원료의 고갈을 예견하고 있으며, 이로 인해 세계 각국은 대체에너지원에 대한 확보 및 에너지 절약을 위해 연구 노력이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 즉 에너지 수급불균형으로 인한 대체에너지원의 수요증가와 지구온난화에 대한 대응을 위해 국제 기후협약의 채택 및 환경변화에 의한 생태계 교란과 사회 경제적 피해 증가 등으로 친환경적인 선진 시설을 요구하게 되었다. 군 또한 현재 노후된 시설의 보수와 군사시설 재배치에 대한 논의가 진행중으로 시설에 대한 보수 및 신축공사가 지속 발생할 것으로 판단되며, 이에 우리 군에서도 국가정책의 일환으로서 군사시설사업에 있어 친환경건축의 적용과 신ㆍ재생에너지를 사용의 필요성이 크게 요구되었다. 즉 설계에서부터 친환경건축에 대한 적용과 태양광, 태양열, 풍력 및 지열 등 신재생에너지를 이용하여 유류 및 가스, 전기에 의한 냉난방시스템을 대체 혹은 보조하여 화석원료에 의한 에너지원의 사용감소를 통해 『친환경 군사시설의 구축』과 『저탄소 녹색성장』이라는 정책의 구현을 지향하게 되었다.; Our country is huge group which retains 10th largest military forces in the world, and to maintain that, stable military installations should be constantly sustained. But, because the argument about the decrepitude of present facilities and worn-out military installations is ongoing, it is estimated that the repair and the new build-ing construction are continued. Therefore, this study researches into the application plan of sustainable architectural technology intended for military facilities through theoretic background for applying it to military installations, analysis of new renewable resources, and application examples. On the ground of these analyses, I presented application plan that considers the specialties of the military. So this will be the basic study regarding new ideas and suitable application plan that are aimed at providing essential factors to spread sustainable architectural technologies in the military and to arrange basic foundations.
