Abstract
공공영역에서 디자인의 역할이 높아지면서 다양한 매체에서 기능성을 갖춘 디지털콘텐츠가 이슈가 되고 있다. 대표적으로 공공서비스를 제공하는 디지털 인포메이션 키오스크인 강남역의 '미디어폴', 서울역 '아트 쉘터' 등에 설치되어 사용자에게 흥미롭게 다가오고 있다. 이는 사용자에게 다양한 정보제공과 동시에 화려한 그래픽과 인터페이스를 제공하여 사용에 있어 실제감을 느낄 수 있는 강한 인터렉션을 통해 사용자가 경험할 수 있게 제작되고 있다. 또한 공공서비스디자인의 디지털콘텐츠는 사용자에게 즐거움과, 새로운 경험을 통해 정보를 제공하고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공공서비스디자인의 디지털콘텐츠를 디자인 함에 있어 경험디자인 구성요소를 통해 사용자가 정보를 얻는데 있어 어떠한 요소들을 원하는지를 설문조사를 통하여 도출하고, 분석을 통하여 이를 검증하였다. 먼저 제 2장의 이론적 배경에서는 디자인 패러다임의 변화와 디지털콘텐츠의 개념, 공공영역에 대해 정리하였고, 이 연구에서 중요시 되어지는 공공서비스디자인에서 디지털콘텐츠와 경험디자인 요소를 통해 상관관계를 도출하여 보았다. 제 3장에서는 공공서비스를 제공하는 디지털 인포메이션 키오스크의 국내외 사례조사를 통해 화면에서 구성되어지는 디지털콘텐츠가 제공되는 정보요소에 대해 알아보고 사례분석을 통해 '공공공산 유형', '제공되는 콘텐츠의 정보유형'의 요소를 도출하여 보았다. 이를 바탕으로 제 4장에서는 공공서비스디자인의 디지털콘텐츠 정보요소인 생활정보, 날씨정보, 교통정보, 위치정보, 라이브러리 요소들을 파악하여 경험정도, 경험디자인 구성요소를 통해 연구 모형을 설계하여 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 위해 연구 가설 1은 '공공서비스디자인에서 디지털콘텐츠의 경험정도는 정보제공에 있어서 사용자의 참여를 유도하는데 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이다.'이며, 가설 2는 '공공서비스디자인 콘텐츠는 GUI에서는 형태 및 색상, 정보에서는 상호작용(Interaction), 경험에서는 사용성이 사용자 참여를 이끌어내는데 중요할 것이다.'이고, 가설 3은 '디지털콘텐츠는 경험디자인 요소의 중요도가 높을수록 사용자 참여를 유도하는 수동적 · 능동적 경험에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.'이며, 가설 4는 '디지털콘텐츠는 정보제공에 있어 사용자의 수동적 · 능동적 경험수준이 높으면 시각 · 편리성 · 재미에 대한 기대정도가 높을 것이다.'로 설정하였다. 설문조사를 통해 제 5장에서는 연구가설을 검증하기 위한 분석의 기초조사 및 표본의 일반적 특성과 사례분석을 통한 디지털콘텐츠의 각 분야별 정보제공 요소에서 경험디자인 구성요소 순위의 빈도분석을 통해 확인하였고, 경험요소의 중요성 및 기대정도에 대한 상관분석, 신뢰도분석, 타당성 분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 비모수 검증 기법을 사용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 앞서 언급한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 제 6장에서는 공공서비스디자인의 디지털콘텐츠는 경험디자인 구성요소인 GUI, 정보표현, 경험 요소들과 밀접한 관련성이 있으며, 이러한 구성요소들은 경험요인의 능동적 경험과 수동적 경험을 통하여 경험정도를 인식하여야 시각적 자극, 사용편의성, 경험적 재미의 기대정도를 유발하여 사용자의 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에 공공서비스디자인의 디지털콘텐츠 디자인 개발에 있어서 기존의 각 분야별 정보제공 콘텐츠의 확장을 도모하고, 경험디자인 구성요소와 기대요소가 융합되어 디지털콘텐츠를 디자인 할 수 있는 최적화 방안을 모색하고 제시하였다. 따라서 공공서비스디자인의 디지털콘텐츠 디자인 영역에 있어서, 새로운 디지털콘텐츠는 사용자의 경험을 통한 서비스를 제공하여 각각의 특성에 맞는 디지털 콘텐츠를 개발하고 디자인을 하는데 있어 많은 매체에서 활용되는데 그 의의를 둔다.|As the role of design, in public area, increases, the digital contents that have functionality in various medias are becoming an issue. It interestingly approaches to users as it is installed at 'Mediapole' in Gangnam station, 'Art Shelter' in Seoul station, the digital information kiosk which representatively provide public service. By providing users with splendid graphic and interface at the same time with various information, it is produced so that users can experience through strong interaction that they can feel real feeling in using. Digital contents in public service design provides users with information through pleasure, new experience. Thus, in designing digital contents of public service design, this thesis through survey deducted what elements users want in getting information by experience design component, and verified this through analysis. First, in chapter 2 of theoretical background, change of design paradigm, concept of digital contents and public area are arranged, and the relationship is deducted through elements of digital contents and experience design in public service design, which is considered as important in this thesis. In chapter 3, through case research of digital information kiosk in domestic and overseas that provides public service, information elements are checked in which digital contents composed in screen is provided, and 'The type of public service design' 'The information type of contents provided' are deducted through case analysis. Based on this, in chapter 4, a hypothesis is set by designing research model through degree of experience, experience design component, after grasping elements of information for living, weather, transportation, location, library all of which are public service design's digital contents information elements. For this, research hypothesis 1 is 'In public service design, the degree of digital contents' experience will have positive impact in inducing users' participation in providing information', and hypothesis 2 is 'As for the contents of public service design, types and colors in GUI, and interaction in information, and usability in experience will be important in inducing users' participation', and hypothesis 3 is 'As for digital contents, the higher experience design elements' importance, the more positive impact will be weighed in passive?active experience that induces users' participation', and hypothesis 4 is 'In providing information, digital contents will be high in degree of expectation for view?convenience?interest, if user's level of passive?active experience is high in providing information'. Through survey, in chapter 5, it is checked through frequency analysis of digital contents experience design component ranking for each field's information providing elements through general character and case analysis of preliminary test and samples to verify research hypothesis, and hypotheses is verified by using analysis technique for relationship, credibility, feasibility, multiple regression, non-parametric tests for experience element's importance and expectation degree. Based on survey results mentioned earlier, in chapter 6, it has been found that digital contents of public service design has close relation with experience design component GUI, information expression and experience elements, and these components can induce users' participation by inducing expectation for visual stimulus, using convenience, empirical interest only after recognizing the degree of experience through experience elements active and passive experience. So, in developing digital contents design of public service design, an optimization plan that can design digital contents, by devising expansion of existing each field's information providing contents, and combining experience design component and expectation elements, is searched and suggested. Therefore, in digital contents design area of public service design, new digital contents has its meaning in being utilized by many medias in developing and designing digital contents that fit to each feature, by providing service through users' experience.; As the role of design, in public area, increases, the digital contents that have functionality in various medias are becoming an issue.
