검도선수의 심리기술 검사지 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

국문요지

본 연구의 목적은 검도 선수들의 심리기술을 추출하여 이를 바탕으로 검도 심리기술 검사지를 개발하는데 있다. 검사지 개발은 문헌조사 및 개방형 설문을 통해 추출된 요인을 바탕으로 문항 적절성 평정 및 내용타당도 검증을 통해 예비문항을 추출하였으며, 추출한 예비문항을 바탕으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 또한, 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 위해 기술통계분석과 문항분석을 실시하여 요인의 내적 일치도를 낮추는 문항들을 제거하였다. 다음으로 추출된 문항의 구조를 검증하기 위하여 EFA를 실시하였으며, 그 적합도 검증을 위한 CFA를 실시하여 검사지의 타당화를 검증하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 나타난 결론을 얻었다.

첫째, 검도 선수들의 경기 시 나타나는 심리기술은 의지력, 팀조화, 불안, 목 표설정, 자신감, 집중력, 심상훈련, 각성조절의 8개 요인으로 구조화되어 있다.

둘째, 검도 심리기술 검사지는 5점 척도로 구성되었으며 총 32개의 문항으로 완성되었다.

셋째, EFA의 결과 검도 심리기술 검사지는 구조적 타당도를 지니고 있다.

넷째, CFA에 의한 요인 간 상관계수 행렬을 분석한 결과 8가지 요인들은 각각 독립적인 것이 아니라 상호 복합적인 심리기술인 것으로 나타났다. |ABSTRACTS

The purpose of this study is to develop of psychological skill inventory for KumDo which is based on psychological control in base of competition. Each items on this inventory instrument that is selected by a variety of references and opened questionnaire is establised in the pilot items through item appropriated subjugation and content-related validity investigation and pilot test is performed immediately by researcher. In addition to, technical and inferential statistical analysis and item analysis which are performed for reliability and validity test are tested to get rid inner concurent degree on the items to make low. And for the next procedures, EFA is practiced for the test the structure of seleted items and also CFA is practice for the test the appropriate degree on the whole inventory validity. The results are as follows:

First, the psychologica skill inventory that appeared in competition for the players is structured by Will, Team combination, Anxiety, Goal Target, Confidence, Concentration, Mental training, and Arousal level.

Secondly, Psychological skill inventory for KumDo is structured by 5 Likert Scale and completed in 32 all items.

thirdly, this inventory has con-structured validity as the results of EFA.
