Indole derivatives synthesis has been recognized as important because of bioactivity. We developed three-component reaction that was a convenient and efficient one step reaction. This methodology has proved various for constructing indole derivatives from the corresponding diverse 2-ethynylaniline derivatives, triethyl orthoformate with methylene compounds. We will have bioactivity test and the indoles will are evaluated either usable or unusable.|인돌 유도체들은 그것들의 생리활성으로 인하여 합성적으로 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. Indole derivatives synthesis has been recognized as important because of bioactivity.
