Abstract
Recently the model of 16 pole electric motor for drive is developed for hybrid cars which are under mass production and greater than 10kHz of PWM frequency will be demanded. The evaluation technique is insufficient to develop motor system for hybrid. Therefore study on motor system model for HEV considering PWM frequency is necessary to conduct HILS test on HEV motor system. In this paper, the modeling method for the purpose of applying HILS(Hardware-In the Loop System) as an evaluator of motor system for HEV is proposed. The purpose is to establish foundation for system evaluation of future motor for HEV applying HILS test under PWM frequency of 20kHz. The method of realizing motor system on the basis of mathematical modeling is proposed in detail with MATLAB/simulink. And be conducted for applying the combination of HEV model which is parallel type and model of motor system including motor and inverter. Furthermore, studies on reducing sampling time with model simplification and modeling for applying to I/O interface of MCU and HILS are conducted.
