- 본 연구에서는 보험설계사의 직무에 기반한 핵심적인 영업역량을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 직무수행에 있어 중요한 영업역량이 무엇인지를 규명하여 역량 기반을 통한 보험설계사 인재육성에 유의미한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구목적을 이루기 위해 M손해보험사에서 설문조사를 통해 TC채널 FC채널 MFC채널 세 개의 영업채널에서 302명의 보험설계사의 영업역량을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다.
