Abstract
국문요지 본 연구는 완경기 여성(45세 이상 55세 미만) 18명을 Vacuum Suction군(VS=n-6), 복합운동군(C-EX=n-6), Vacuum Suction병행한 복합운동군(VS+C-EX=n-6)으로 나누어 12주 동안 다음과 같은 실험을 하였다. Vacuum Suction군은 Vacuum Suction 주1회 30분 처치를 실시하였고, 복합운동군은 1주 3회 1시간씩(근력운동+유산소운동) 복합운동 실시하였으며, Vacuum Suction을 병행한 복합운동군은 Vacuum Suction처치를 주1회 30분 + 복합운동 1시간씩 1주 3회 실시하여 총 3회 채혈 (0주, 8주, 12주)한 혈액 및 측정결과를 분석하여, 신체구성(체중, 골격근량, 체지방량, 체지방률, 제지방량)과 면역인자(IgG, IgA, IgM) 및 염증표지인자(CRP), 대사조절호르몬(GH, IGF-1, FT4, E2, DHEA-S)에 미치는 영향을 규명하므로써 완경기 여성의 질병 예방 및 건강한 신체 활동에 적극적인 참여 동기에 필요한 실증적인 자료를 제시하고 Vacuum Suction 처치로는 여성과 노약자운동의 보조수단으로 활용하는데 있다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS Ver 17.0을 이용하여 세집단의 운동과 Vacuum Suction 처치 전, 운동과 Vacuum Suction 처치 8주후, 운동과 Vacuum Suction 처치 12주 후 시기에 따른 차이검증을 위해서 이원 변량분석(two-way repeated ANOVA)을 실시하였으며 집단 내, 간 차이검증은 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다 이후 집단 내, 간 유의차이가 있을 경우 Tukey 사후검증을 실시하여 분석하였다. 1. 신체구성의 변화 신체구성의 체중변화, 골격근량, 체지방량, 체지방율, 제지방향에서 상호작용 효과에서는 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 시기에서는 체중을 제외한 골격근량, 체지방량, 체지방율, 제지방향에서 통계적으로 유의차가 높게 나타났으며, 집단에 있어 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 2. 면역인자의 변화 면역인자의 IgG, IgA, IgM에서 상호작용 효과 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 시기에서는 IgG, P<. 001. 과 IgA, P<.01에서 통계적으로 유의차가 높게 나타났으며, 집단에서는 나타나지 않았다 3. 염증표지인자의 변화 염증표지인자의 CRP에서 상호작용 효과에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 집단내, 차이검증결과에서는 VS+C-EX 집단이 P<.05의 유의차가 나타났으며 집단간에서 VS, C-EX,집단보다 VS+C-EX 집단이 사중 P<.05에서 통계적으로 유의차가 나타났다 4. 대사조절호르몬의 변화 GH에서 상호작용 효과에서 유의한차이가 나타났으며 P<.001. 시기에서도 유의차가 나타났으나 P<.001. 집단에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 집단내 차이검증결과 C-EX집단 P<.001.과 VS+C-EX 집단에서 P<.001로 유의차가 나타났으며 집단 간에도 사중 과 P<.05. 사후 P<.05.유의차가 높게 나타났다. IGF-1에서는 상호작용효과는 나타나지 않았으며 시기에서는 P<.001로 유의차가 있었으나 집단에서는 유의차가 나타나지 않았다. FT4, E2에서는 집단, 시기, 상호작용 효과 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. DHEA-S는 시기에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 집단 내 차이검증을 위해 일원변량분석을 실시한 결과C-EX+VS 집단이 사중에 P<.01로 통계적으로 유의차가 높게 증가한 것으로 나타났으며 VS집단과 C+ EX집단에서는 유의차가 나타나지 않았다. 위 결론의 내용을 종합해보면 본 연구는 완경기 여성의 12주간 Vacuum Suction군, 복합운동군, Vacuum Suction병행한 복합운동군의 실험결과에서는 체성분 및 GH, DHEA-S의 노화지표 호르몬에서는 8주~12주간의 집단모두에서 시기별 유의한 차이를 나타내고 있기 때문에 위와 같은 해석을 뒷받침해주는 중요한 결과로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 다른 측면으로 해석하면 완경기여성의 체형관리, 불면증 및 비만해소, 혈액순환의 둔화로 인한 탈모예방, 또한 남녀노소뿐만 아니라 운동선수들의 상해예방을 위한 운동 전, 후의 활용성과 병후재활을 필요로 하는 환자, 노약자, 장애인등에 대한 생활습관병 예방은 물론 일상운동을 대체 할 수 있는 방법으로 대중들의 실질적인 활용도의 가치가 높을 것이다. 특정한 다수의 사람들은 운동을 할 수 없는 현실적인 문제에서, 신체건강을 지키기 위한 대체 방법들이 다양하지 못하고 검증 또한 미비하다는 점에서 Vacuum Suction Treatment의 활용효과를 기대하고 재활은 물론 부족한 신체운동을 대체할 수 있는 중요한 대체의학의 한 분야로 석션요법이 실용 될 수 있다는 결론을 도출한 부분이라 할 수 있겠다. 차기 연구에서는 다양한 실험대상자 선정과 실험기간을 12주 이상 설정하고 빈도와 횟수를 증가하거나 또 다른 다각적인 변인들에 대한 활발한 실험연구와 계절적인 요인을 고려할 필요가 있으며 다른 크기의 석션 컵의 활용과 압력을 고려하여 연구가 이루어진다면 좋은 결과가 도출 될 것으로 사료 된다. |ABSTRACT The Effects of Combined Exercise according to Treatment of Vacuum Suction on Climacteric Women's Immunity, Inflammatory Markers' Factors and Change of Metabolic Regulatory Hormones. kun-Ja, cho Dept.of Sports and Well-Being The Graduate School Hanyang University This research performed on eighteen climateric women age of 45 through under 55.And we divide those women into six of three group as Vacuum suction group, combined exercise group and combined exercise paralleled with vacuum suction and place an experiment for 12 weeks. First Vacuum suction group was on vacuum suction treatment 30minutes per week, combined exercise group was working out for 30minutes walking on the treadmill for 20minutes and streching for 10minutes three times a week, and combined exercise paralleled with vacuum suction group was on vacuum suction treatment once a week and they were doing combined exercise three times a week. All of them took out blood sample three times through out the experiment at the start, 8th week, and the 12th week and we analyzed blood so we found out the effects to physical constitution (such as weight, skeletal muscle, percentage of body fat, body fat mass, lean body mass), Immunogen (IgG, IgA, IgM), inflammatory marker(C-reactive Proterin), metabolic regulatory hormones(GH, IGF-1, FT4, E2, DHEA-S) and with that effect we can support and motivate climacteric women to participate in exercising more enthusiastically so they can prevent any disease they might have and also with the vacuum suction treatment we can that treatment to assist women and elders' exercise. We processed data from this research with SPSS Ver 17 at time of the start and after 8th week and after 12weeks of exercise and treatment and we did two-way repeated analysis of variance to verify the difference of groups between time lines. we also did one-way analysis of variance to verify the differnce between the participants in the same group and if there's any distinction between the participants in the same group we did group of ex post verificaton with Tukey and analyze the differnces. 1. Change of physical constitution The effect of interaction of body composition such as weight changes, skeletal muscle, body fat mass percentage of body fat and lean body mass has shown significant differences. Excepting weight, there has been high level of significant differences of skeletal muscle, percentage of body fat, body fat mass and lean body mass in trial, and no significant differences in the group. 2. Change of Immunogen The effect of interaction of Immunogen(IgG, IgA, IgM) has not shown significant differences. There has been high statistically significant difference of IgG, IgA, IgM in trial, and no significant differences in the group. 3. Change of Inflammatory Marker The effect of interaction of Inflammatory Marker's CRP has not shown significant differences. In the results of difference test, the group of VS+C-EX has shown significant differences(P<.05) within the groups, whereas VS+C-EX group has shown statistically significant differences than VS, C-EX group at P<.05 between the groups. 4. Change of Metabolic Regulatory Hormones. We have observed significant differences in the effect of interaction of GH(P<.001), and in the trial either, but no significant differences in the group. In the results of difference test, the group of C-EX and VS+C-EX( P<.001) has shown significant differences within the groups(P<.001), whereas interim significant differences(P<.05) and post significant differences(P<.05) has shown higher even between the groups. There has been no effect of interaction of IGF-1, and some significant differences in the trial, but no significant differences in the group. For FT4, E2, we have not observed any significant differences in the group, in duration and interaction. For DHEA-S, we have obverved significant differences in duration, and in the result of one-way ANOVA with which we tried to verify differences within the groups, we have observed statistically increased high interim differences in VS+C-EX group(P<.01), while we have not observed any in VS and C+ EX group. On the basis of the results, this study would give support to its interpretation as the finding from the test results of climacteric women's Vacuum Suction group, combined exercise group, and performing Vacuum Suction with combined excise group has shown significant differences by time in all groups of 8~12 weeks with respect to senescence index hormone of body composition, GH and GHEA-S. If we interpret from different perspective, it could be effectively useful in a manner of efficiency in preventing any accidental injury not only for climacteric women and men/woman of all ages, but athletes for them to practice before/after exercise, and in a way as an alternative exercise for the patient, the old and the disabled to recover from their weakness. When we face practical problems that we cannot do exercise suitable for our own physical conditions, our findings indicate that the effect of Vacuum suction is an important alternatives for both rehabilitation and exercise in the context that other methods to keep health are not sufficient and are lacking verification. In future study, it would be needed to select various participants, to set up the test period of more than 12 weeks, to increase frequency and number of the test, or to consider active laboratory research on the various variables and seasonal factors.
