Abstract
최근 유연한 소재를 이용한 전자소자를 제작하는 방법으로 롤투롤 연속공정 시스템에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 이에 대한 소재, 장비, 공정에 대한 연구가 전세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 롤투롤 연속공정 시스템은 유연한 소재를 재료로 사용하기 때문에 유연한 소재의 장력 제어 기술은 매우 중요하다. 특히, 긴 건조구간을 지나는 소재의 장력 제어는 코팅 품질에 영향을 미치기 때문에 추가적인 장력제어가 요구된다. 하지만 건조구간을 지나는 소재는 이미 코팅이 완료된 상태로서 젖은 상태이기 때문에 닙롤을 적용할 수 없으며 이를 대체하는 수단으로 흡입롤이 있다. 본 연구에서는 장력제어의 한 방법인 흡입롤을 설계, 제작하여 시뮬레이터를 통한 성능실험을 수행하였으며 다구치법을 통해 공정에 대한 주요 인자의 영향도를 평가하였다. 그 결과 다양한 공정조건에 따른 흡입롤의 성능에 영향을 주는 인자는 흡입압력, 초기장력, 운전속도 순으로 나타났으며 흡입롤의 설계변수에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.  |For the last decade, manufacturing electronic devices that employs flexible materials by using continuous roll to roll system has been intensively investigated. Therefore, internationally, many research institutes are studying materials, equipment and manufacturing processes. Because continuous roll to roll manufacturing process utilize the web as materials, tension control is very important. In addition, tension control within the long drying chamber requires additional tension control because that can affect quality of coating. However, the web is already coated it enters into the drying chamber. As a result, using a suction roll is ideal instead of nip roll. In this paper, the performance of a suction roll, which is one of the method that can control tension, is evaluated by designing and fabricating. Also, the main factors are identified that effects on the performance of the suction roll evaluated by using Taguchi method.
