Abstract
초록 (ABSTRACT) 본 연구는 스마트폰을 이용하는 중학생의 SNS 이용실태를 알아보고 이용자들의 SNS 활용정도가 그들의 사회성 중 정서지능과 대인관계, 폭력성에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 올바른 청소년의 신체적, 정신적 성장을 위한 건전한 네트워크 서비스 사용과 그로인한 그들의 문제행동예방에 도움을 주기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상은 2012년 10월 서울시 강동구, 강서구, 강북구에 소재하는 3개 중학교 2학년 학생 총 350명을 편의표본추출 후 설문조사를 시행하였으며 총 326부의 자료가 실제분석에 사용되었다. 분석방법은 SPSS/WIN 16.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 일반적 특성에서 스마트폰의 SNS는 전체의 88.7%가 사용하고 있었으며 사용정도를 보면 남학생보다 여학생에서, 장남(장녀)과 외동보다 중간과 막내에서 사용정도가 높았다. 또한 폭력성은 여학생보다 남학생이 높았고, 부모와의 대화가 많을수록 정서지능과 대인관계가 높고, 폭력성이 낮았다. 변인들간의 관계에서 정서지능이 높을수록 대인관계가 높았고, 폭력성이 높을수록 정서지능과 대인관계가 낮았다. SNS 사용정도에 따른 변인들과의 관계를 선형회귀분석한 결과 설명력 12.6%에서 SNS 사용정도가 낮을수록 정서지능이 높게 나타났고, 설명력 14.9%에서 SNS 사용정도가 낮을수록 대인관계가 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 주변 환경에 영향을 많이 받는 청소년은 성숙한 대인관계 및 정서지능을 높이기 위한 지지적 역할이 필요하며, 무분별한 스마트폰 및 SNS의 사용이 학업 및 현실에서의 부적응으로 나타날 수 있으므로 가정 및 학교에서 스마트폰 및 SNS의 사용을 올바르게 사용할 수 있도록 교육과 제제가 필요할 것이다. This study is to provide the fundamental materials to suggest a social network service use for the junior high school students physical and psychological growth and to support a prevention in problem behavior by finding the actual status of using SNS by the students and identifying the effects of using SNS on sociality such as emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship and violence. The subjects for this study was composed of 350 students on the 2nd grade in three middle schools located in Gangdong-Gu, Gangseo-Gu and Gangbuk-Gu on october, 2012. After convenience sampling, the survey with 320 questionnaires was implemented. For a method of analysis t-test, one-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Linear Regression were used. The results of this stidy are as follows. In general characteristics about 88.7% of the students have been using a smart phone SNS and a significant different was shown in gender and brotherhood. A degree of using in man students was higher than in woman students and in brotherhood the degree of using it in the second and the youngest was higher than in the oldest and single. In general characteristics as the significant difference was shown in violence, the man students' violence was higher than the woman students' violence. In emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship and violence the significant difference was shown in the degree of conversation with the parents, thus, if the parents have more conversation, the emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship are likely to be higher and the violence is likely to be lower. In a relationship among the variables the emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship showed the positive correlation, thus, if the emotional intelligence is higher, the interpersonal relationship would be likely to be high. In contrast, the violence showed negative correlation in the emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship, thus, if the violence is high, and the emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship would be likely to be low. A result in conducting linear regression analysis against the relationship among the variables by the degree of using SNS revealed that in explanatory power 12.6% if the degree of using SNS is low, the emotional intelligence would appear high and in explanatory power 14.9% the degree of using it is low and the interpersonal relationship would appear high. In conclusion, the teenagers who are influenced by a living environment needs a supportable role to raise a mature interpersonal relationship and emotional intelligence. As a uncontrollable use of Smart Phone and SNS are likely to lead to a negative adaptation in studying and reality, an education and control for the students to use Smart Phone and SNS in a right way at home and school are necessary.
