교회의 제자훈련을 위한 스마트 실행공동체 모델 (SMART CoP Model) 개발에 대한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a SMART CoP Model to improve the quality of discipleship training in churches. The SMART CoP Model presented here is a model that promotes knowledge creation, problem solving, collaboration, and competency building in a smart learning environment. Using this model, pastors in church education can provide adaptive instruction for learners. It also aims to build the church as an effective learning organization using the strategy of CoP so that the members may achieve goals, experience the dynamics of the community, and build a shared practice. For this purpose, this study carried out a literature review on learning organizations, communities of practice, smart learning environments, and church education. Also, this study conducted two needs assessments for the possession and use of smart devices, and the perception of smart competencies. Based on the literature review and the results of the needs assessment, an initial SMART CoP Model was developed. This model was applied to a group of learners, followed by experts’ review and a revision of the model. The SMART CoP Model developed in this study has five smart elements and three CoP elements. The members of discipleship training in a smart learning environment should achieve the collaborative purpose of growing in Christ by growing, transforming and serving others; experience a sense of community by relating, communicating, and respecting each other; and acquire a shared practice by developing a unique history, procedures, and a ministry. The smart CoP for discipleship training is based on a smart learning environment where self-directed learning is obtained through informal learning, practice, and reflection; motivated learning is obtained through interactive and experiential activities; adaptive learning is obtained through intercessory prayer, personalized coaching, and empowerment; resource enriched learning is obtained through shared contents, e-books, and open educational resources provided by cloud computing and semantic web technologies; and technology embedded learning is obtained through semantic social networks technology. Finally, this study summarizes the results, discusses theoretical, practical, and contextual implications, and offers suggestions for future research.|본 연구의 목적은 스마트 실행공동체 모델 (SMART CoP Model)을 개발하여 제자훈련의 질을 향상시키고 목회자들이 스마트러닝 환경에서 학습자 개개인에게 맞춤형의 교육을 제공하도록 돕는데 있다. 또한 스마트러닝 환경에서 CoP를 전략을 사용하여 교회를 효과적인 학습조직으로 세워 학습자들이 목표를 성취하고 공동체의 역동성을 경험하며 공유된 지식을 축적하는 것을 돕는 데에 있다. 이러한 목적을 이루기 위하여 학습조직, 실행공동체, 스마트러닝 환경, 교회교육에 대한 문헌고찰을 시행하였다. 또한 스마트기기의 소유와 사용에 대한 요구조사와 스마트역량의 보유도와 중요도 인식에 대한 요구조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 문헌고찰과 요구조사의 결과를 바탕으로 스마트 실행공동체 모델을 개발하였다. 또한 실험을 통해 개발된 모델을 적용하고 전문가 평가를 반영하여 스마트 실행공동체 모델을 수정하였다. 개발된 스마트 실행공동체 모델은 5개의 스마트요소와 3개의 실행공동체 요소를 포함한다. 제자훈련의 멤버들은 스마트러닝 환경에서 그리스도안에서의 성장이라는 공동의 목표를 달성하고, 공동체에서의 소속감을 경험하며, 공유된 지식을 축적할 수 있다. 제자훈련에서 스마트러닝의 자기주도적인 (self-directed) 요소는 무형식학습 (informal learning), 연습, 성찰을 통해 이루어지고, 흥미적인(motivated) 요소는 상호작용적이고 협력적인 활동을 통해 이루어진다. 또한 맞춤형 (adaptive) 요소는 중보기도와 개인적 코칭과 임파워먼트를 통해 이루어지고, 자원활용 (resource enriched) 요소는 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 시멘틱 웹을 통한 공유 컨텐츠, 이북 (e-book), 오픈 자원 등을 통해서 이루어지며, 정보활용 (technology embedded) 요소는 시멘틱 소셜 네트워크 기술을 통해 상호작용과 협력을 도모한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 기여도가 있다. 첫째, 본 연구는 스마트러닝 환경에서 구현되는 CoP에 대한 이론적 토대를 제시하고 가상 CoP (virtual CoP)가 지니는 한계를 극복하여 학습의 질을 향상시키는 데에 기여할 것이다. 둘째, 본 연구는 웹 3.0 기술을 통해 구현될 수 있는 학습공동체 모델을 가시화하고 본 모델을 통해 상호작용과 협력, 관계의 질을 향상시키는 데에 기여할 것이다. 마지막으로, 본 연구는 스마트 실행공동체를 제자훈련 맥락에서 재해석하고 교회교육에 CoP 개념과 스마트기술의 접목을 시도하여 교회교육의 질을 향상시키는 데에 기여할 것이다.; and technology embedded learning is obtained through semantic social networks technology.
