Abstract
급변하는 우리나라 내외의 환경변화에 기업이 적극적으로 대응해 나가기 위해서는 효율적인 인적자원관리가 필요하다. 하지만 현재까지 인적자원관리에 대한 연구가 미흡하고 기업들도 인적자원 및 배치문제에 크게 신경 쓰지 않고 있으며, 기존의 방법을 고수하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 부서간의 연관관계를 고려하여 전체 기업 역량을 최대화할 수 있는 새로운 인사배치 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 인사배치대상이 되는 사원들의 역량인 근무경력과 출신전공데이터를 산정한 후, 부서간의 상관관계 및 전공과 부서간의 상관관계를 결합하여 새롭게 환산된 역량을 산출하였다. 이러한 데이터에 TOC(Theory of Constraints)이론을 도입하여 제약이 없는 부서를 만들기 위한 Max-Min전략의 인적자원배치 혼합정수계획모형을 구축하였다. 또한 배치가 완료된 후에도 부서간의 상관관계에 따라 부서원의 역량이 타부서에도 영향을 주는 것도 고려를 하여 모형에 적용하였다. 본 연구의 모델은 기업의 부분 최적화에서 전체 최적화로의 활로를 모색하고 새로운 인적자원 배치를 통해 시간적 금전적 손실을 최소화 할 수 있을 것으로 본다.| The efficient HRM(Human Resource Management) of a company is a requisite to survive under rapidly changing circumstance. However, the research about HRM is insufficient and the companies don’t concentrate their attention on human-resource and personnel allocation. Futhermore, they stick to traditional method which is based on heuristic. Current human resources placement tends to dispose employees by individual ability and employee performance review regardless of entirety. This study proposes a new human resources placement which can maximize the company’s ability by considering department correlation. To achieve this, converted new recruits’s ability is computed through new recruits’s major by correlation of major and department. The converted employees’s ability is computed through multiplying employees’s employment history by correlation of department. To make departments which don't have constraint, TOC(Theory of Constraints) has been combined and Max-Min strategy mixed integer programming has been proposed for human resource placement. Because, allocated employee’s ability can have influence on other department after placement, this effect has been considered on the proposed model.
