Abstract
국문요지 산업이 점차 발전하면서 화물운송은 인간에게 의존도가 높은 산업분야 중의 하나로 자리 잡게 되었다. 시간이 지날수록 화물량은 점점 많아지고 고객들은 보다 나은 서비스를 요구하지만 배송비용은 저가격을 원하기 때문에 화물운송사는 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 택배 회사에서는 위의 문제를 해결하기 위해 직원의 업무 롤이 감소 된 새로운 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 한 가지 해결 방안을 제시한다. RFID는 화물의 위치를 파악하는데 사용하고 2D 바코드는 화물의 배송경로를 자동화 한다. 이 시스템은 화물의 배송의 최적화 된 방법을 제시한다 하지만 화물의 다중경로추적에 대한 구체적인 방법은 제시하지 않는다. RFID데이터와 바코드데이터를 ATMEL社의 MCU를 이용하여 데이터를 수신하고 데이터를 취합해서 블루투스를 사용하여 내비게이션 또는 스마트폰으로 데이터를 송신하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 언급한 컨트롤러의 회로도와 프로토콜을 제시하고, 하드웨어를 이용한 배송 시나리오를 구성하였다. 기존 택배차량의 업무를 살펴보면 화물이 터미널에 도착하면 지역으로 구분하여 집배송 차량에 싣게 된다. 배송기사는 화물 적재 전에 화물운송장을 수집한다. 왜냐하면 화물운송장을 이용해 배송경로를 추적하기 때문이다. 배송기사가 배송지에 도착하게 되면 화물칸에서 화물을 찾아 배송기사가 직접 전달을 하는데, 화물이 많이 적재되어 있으면 화물을 찾는 시간 때문에 배송이 지연되기도 한다. 그리고 운송장을 정리한 순번대로 배송을 한다고 했을 때 기사의 실수로 운송장이 섞이게 되면 같은 배송지를 중복으로 이동하는 경우도 생기게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제시하는 방안은 2D바코드를 이용하여 배송지 주소와 택배 운송장 번호를 저장한다. 그리고 RFID를 이용하여, 소형 화물의 위치를 찾을 수 있다. 그리고 이 시스템을 활용해 데이터가 내비게이션으로 전송하면 내비게이션에서는 최적화된 화물배송경로와 체계화된 화물위치를 표시할 수 있고, 기존에는 많은 화물이 있을 경우 비실시간 적으로 전산처리가 됐지만 이 시스템을 통해 실시간으로 배송물의 물품 위치 파악 및 전산처리가 가능하다. 따라서 본 시스템을 통해 배송직원의 업무 롤과 배송시간이 단축되어 화물 운송업 시스템이 기존보다 향상될 것으로 예상된다. |ABSTRACT Courier Transportation Routing System Using RFID & 2D Bar code Kyoung-ho Lee Dept. of Electronic Communication Engineering The Graduate School of Engineering Hanyang University The industry increasingly evolves, freight-forwarding to human beings has become one of the industries highly dependent on it. Over time the freight is increasing steadly, so the customers are demanding better service and lower price. As a result freight-forwarding company was in trouble. Therefore, the freight-forwarding company needs new system which reducing employee’s work roll. In this thesis has one thing about a solution that is RFID use for checking location of the cargo and 2D Bar code use for automatic delivery route trace of cargo. This system gives way to delivery of cargo by optimization. But cargo's multiple trace routes do not propose a concrete way. ATMEL’s MCU receives the RFID and Bar code data and transmits the data to navigation or Smart-phone by Bluetooth. In this thesis presented in a schematic, Protocol and delivery Scenario of the controller. When the cargo arrived in terminal area, separated loaded onto the vehicle by area. Vehicle Staff collects waybill before loading cargo. Because he need a waybill for Courier Transportation Routing. When he arrive a destination, he must find a freight in order to transport freight to customer. If he has many freight, it will be delayed due to many freight. When he set a routing sequence by waybill, he passes by duplicate street in case waybill is mixed by his mistake. Therefore, this thesis presents a method which is using 2D Bar code saving the shipping address and waybill courier number and RFID finding the location of a small cargo. When a transmit data to navigation, It is shown to optimized shipping routes and cargo's location. And if he has a lot of luggage prior to this were not computational processing in real time. However this system enables the user to have access to computational processing in real time, and check cargo's location.
