白塔詩派의 明淸文學思潮 受容과 變貌 樣相硏究

Abstract

백탑시파 시인의 시학주장에 대한 연구는 주로 公安派의 원굉도(袁宏道)와 神韻派의 왕사정(王士禎)의 시론을 수용한 것만을 중심으로 고찰하거나 그들의 시론과 원굉도·왕사정 시론의 同異를 비교적으로 연구하는 작업에게 집중된다. 이런 受容이나 同異만 고찰하는 연구는 백탑시파 시인의 독자성과 창조성을 소홀하였다. 이에 따라 본고는 이런 독자성과 창조성에 입각하여 18세기 후기에 새로운 시풍을 창도했던 白塔詩派 중의 박지원(朴趾源) · 이덕무(李德懋)·유득공(柳得恭)·박제가(朴齊家)·이서구(李書九)는 공안파와 신운파의 시론을 수용한 것뿐만 아니라 변모한 양상까지 고찰하였다. Ⅰ장에서는 백탑시파의 공안파와 신운파 수용과 변모 양상을 연구하는 필요성과 가능성을 밝히고 기존 연구의 검토를 통하여 연구의 방향을 제시하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 백탑시파와 관한 기존 연구를 검토하여 백탑시파의 형성배경과 발전 그리고 쇠락의 과정을 다시 해명해 보았다. Ⅲ장에서는 백탑시파 시인은 復古主義와 創新主義 그리고 神韻說에 대한 인식태도를 정리해 보았다. Ⅳ장에서는 “擬古에 대한 비판”, “童心과 眞”, “事森羅萬象”, “俗과 趣”, “法에 대한 인식” 다섯 방면에서 백탑시파 시인의 공안파 수용과 변모 양상을 살펴보았다.Ⅴ장에서는 “反擬古와 尙古”, “詩畵一致”, “시가창작의 要諦” 세 방면에서 백탑시파 시인의 신운파 수용과 변모 양상을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 특징은 다음 세 가지로 정리할 수 있다. 첫 번째, 백탑시파 시인은 공안파 원공도의 시론에 일방적으로 경도되어 수용했다고 여긴 기왕의 생각을 지양한다. 백탑시파의 구체적으로 시론을 고찰하는 작업을 통하여 그들이 원굉도의 시론을 수용하면서도 어떻게 변모하였는지 그 실제적 양상을 구명해 보았다. 두 번째, 백탑시파 시인의 시학주장과 왕사정의 신운설과의 관련성을 연구할 때 인식태도만을 고찰한 연구방식을 극복하여 구체적으로 어떤 시론을 수용하고 또 어떤 변모양상이 생겨났는지를 살펴보았다. 세 번째, 이렇듯 수용과 변모의 양상을 고찰한 동시에 백탑시파 내부 성원들의 시학주장의 차이를 밝히기도 했기에 백탑시파의 특징을 한층 더 연구하고 파악하는 작업에 발판을 마련하였다. 다만 백탑시파 시인이 명청 문학사조를 수용하면서도 변모한 바탕으로서의 독자성과 창조성의 淵源은 미해결 문제로 남겨놓았고 다음 과제로 미루어 두었다.| So far, the Study on the standpoint of ‘Baek-tap-si-pa’ mainly focused on the acceptance for ‘Gong-An-Pa’ and ‘Shen-Yun-pa’ and the discrimination between ‘Yuan hong-dao’ and ‘Wang shi-zhen’. This skin-deep Study ignored unique character of ‘Baek-tap-si-pa’, therefore this paper based on the poetics statement about representative poets who advocated the new fashion in the late eighteenth Century, include ‘Park ji-won’, ’Lee deok-mu’, ‘You deuk-gong’, ‘Park je-ga’ and ‘Lee seo-gu’, to conduct in-depth research on the individuality and creativity of the ‘Baek-tap-si-pa’.

In the first chapter, the paper discussed this necessity and possibility of acceptance and transfiguration, and put forward the direction of research. In the second chapter, reviewed the previous research which related to the ‘Baek-tap-si-pa’, to illustrate the process of formation, development and decline once again. In the third chapter, the paper summarized the attitude of ‘Baek-tap-si-pa’ about the theory of retro, innovation and verve. In the fourth chapter, explained the inheritance and innovation for ‘Gong-An-Pa’ through five aspects contain archaistic criticism, Childlike innocence and purity, universal nature, popular and fun, and the Understanding of law. In the fifth chapter, described the same and change for ‘hen-Yun-pa’ through three aspects, contain opposition for archaism and primitivism, the unified of Poetry and painting, the key of poetry creation.

The characteristic of this paper can be summarized as the following three aspects: First of all, overcame the past simply receptive attitude for ‘Gong- An-Pa’; secondly, abandoned the superficial understanding manner for ‘Shen-Yun-Pa’. In addition to this, the shortage is can not involved in the problem of the origin, which needs further study.
