Abstract
이 연구는 성인취미발레수업을 수강 중인 여성의 개인 스스로 느끼는 주관적 안녕감을 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 주관적 안녕감은 삶에 대한 만족과 긍정적 정서 및 부정적 정서가 포함된 개념으로써 삶의 긍정적인 측면에 집중하는 것을 의미한다. 성인발레는 신체적․정서적 효과가 입증된 여가 문화 활동 중 하나로, 삶의 활력을 높이고 정서안정을 추구하며 삶의 질 향상과 함께 행복을 증대시킨다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 수도권 중심의 무용학원 및 문화센터 등에서 일반 성인여성 총 110명의 표본을 추출하여 Cronbach's α, t-검정, ANOVA, Scheffe 사후검정을 통한 자료처리 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인발레수업을 수강 중인 여성의 일반적 특성과 발레수업 참여도, 기타 여가 활동에 따른 삶의 만족도는 다음과 같다. 40대 이상의 여성과 대학원을 졸업 한 여성, 직업이 있는 여성의 순서로 삶의 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 미혼여성과 기혼여성 간의 차이는 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 발레수업을 2년 이상, 주 2회, 2시간 참여한 여성의 삶의 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났고, 참여기간이 길수록 삶에 대한 만족이 높았으나 그 차이가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며, 기타 여가 활동을 하고 있는 여성 중, 공연전시관람, 바이올린, 피아노 등 정적활동에 참여하는 여성이 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인발레수업을 수강 중인 여성의 일반적 특성과 발레수업 참여도, 기타 여가 활동에 따른 긍정적 정서는 다음과 같다. 20대 여성이 30대, 40대 여성들보다 긍정적 정서가 높게 나타났으나 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았고, 미혼인 여성과 대학원을 졸업하고 직업이 있는 여성의 긍정적 정서가 높게 나타났다. 발레수업을 2년 이상, 주 3회, 2시간 참여한 여성의 긍정적 정서가 높게 나타났으며, 이 중, 참여기간이 1년 이상인 여성보다 1년 미만인 여성과 기타 여가 활동을 하고 있는 여성의 긍정적 정서가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 성인발레수업을 수강 중인 여성의 일반적 특성과 발레수업 참여도, 기타 여가 활동에 따른 부정적 정서는 다음과 같다. 30대 여성과 결혼을 하지 않은 여성, 고등학교를 졸업한 여성과 직업이 없는 여성의 부정적 정서가 높았고, 발레수업을 1년 이상, 주 2회, 2시간미만으로 참여한 여성이 부정적 정서를 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 피아노, 첼로, 바이올린 등 정적활동에 참여하는 여성의 부정적 정서가 가장 높게 나타났다. 성인발레는 신체활동의 부족현상을 막아주고 스트레스 해소와 더불어 신체교정의 효과 때문에 성인발레에 대한 대중의 인식을 높일 수 있는 취미활동으로 간주된다. 그러므로 삶의 만족과 행복, 나아가 여가 활동의 욕구를 충족시키기 위하여 다양한 연구가 수반되어야 한다. 즉, 발레수업을 수강 중인 성인들이 수업을 통하여 추구하려는 것이 무엇인지에 대한 질적 연구와 정서안정, 삶의 행복을 높이기 위해 긍정적 요인 분석을 통한 발레수업의 방향 제시 및 인구수명이 연장됨에 따라 노인들의 행복한 삶을 영위하기 위한 방법으로써의 다양한 발레 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다. | The object of this study is to examine the effects of subjective well-being of women taking the adult recreational ballet education. Subjective well-being refers to the positive, negative emotion and the satisfaction with life as it focuses on the positive aspects of life. Adult recreational ballet is known as a leisure culture activity that has physical and emotional effects and enhances the vitality of life and the stability of emotions, which eventually increases happiness as well as the quality of life. The following are the results of data processed using Cronbach's α, t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe after extracting a sample of 110 women from cultural centers and dance academies in the seoul metropolitan area. First, the life satisfaction of women based on their general characteristics, involvement in adult recreational ballet and other leisure activities are as follows. Women in their 40s or more and who graduated from graduate school and those with a profession all had high satisfactions of life in that order, and there was no significant difference between single and married women. Women who participated in the ballet lesson for more than two years, twice a week and two hours every lesson had the highest life satisfactions and the longer the participation period was, the higher the satisfaction of life was, although the difference was not statistically significant. Of the women taking part in other leisure activities, those participating in static activities such as seeing exhibitions, playing the violin, piano and et cetera were found to have high life satisfactions. Second, positive emotions associated with women taking adult recreational ballet as well as their general characteristics and their participation in ballet and other leisure activities are as follows. Women in their 20s had higher positive emotions than those in their 30s and 40s although there was no significant difference. And positive emotions of single women and those with an occupation after graduating from graduate school appeared high. Women who participated for two years, three times a week and two hours every lesson, appeared to have high positive emotions. And among them, those who participated for less than one year as well as other leisure activities had higher positive emotions than those who participated for more than a year. Third, negative emotions associated with women taking adult recreational ballet as well as their general characteristics and their participation in ballet and other leisure activities are as follows. Single women, women in their 30s and those who have graduated from high school and have no jobs appear to have high negative emotions. And those who have participated in the lesson for more than a year, twice a week and less than two hours per lesson felt more negative emotions and those who participated I static activities such as playing the piano, cello and the violin recorded the highest negative emotions. Adult recreational ballet is considered as a hobby that can increase public awareness as it can prevent lack of physical activity as well as relieve stress and help keep in shape. Thus, life satisfaction and happiness as well as satisfying the need of leisure activities involves various studies. In other words, various programs of ballet should be developed in order to find out qualitative research on what the adults pursue through the ballet lessons, emotional stability, presentation direction on the positive factor analysis to improve happiness in life as well as engage in a happy life of the elderly population due to an increase in life expectancy.; The object of this study is to examine the effects of subjective well-being of women taking the adult recreational ballet education.
