dc.description.abstract | KCI 2012 punching shear formula was developed, on the basis of the existing strain-based shear strength model. KCI 2012 was considering shear-flexural behavior. And punching shear strength is calculated using the depth of compression zone, average compression stress and average shear stress. Also the punching shear strength at the critical section was determined at the intersection between the shear capacity curve and the demand curve. Hollow slab have vulnerable weakness for punching shear due to reduce the shear resist area of concrete cross-sectional for void area in slab. Punching shear strength is calculated using the depth of compression zone but hollow slab have to be calculated to considering hollow sphere area in depth of compression zone. So, estimation method of considering depth of compression zone suggested for hollow slab application method for hollow slab application of Strain-Based Shear Strength model. In the study, through shear capacity and demand curve, hollow slab application for Strain-Based Shear Strength model using the proposed method was examined. punching shear of hollow slab can be estimated through shear capacity-demand curve. | - |
