dc.description.abstractDue to the development in electronic industry, the number of electronic control units inside a vehicle has increased and vehicle networks are developed to control this efficiently. Because function is becoming complex, to verify the function of vehicle become difficult. Because malfunction of vehicle can cause catastrophe, the reliability of vehicle should be considered. Therefore, this work proposes defect diagnosis platform for reliability improvement of vehicle. High reliability of vehicle can be expected through execution of structural test by using isolated test path. And continuous execution of real-time test after manufacturing makes it possible to expect reliability. Also because separate output pin for test is unnecessary, the effect of cost reduction can be acquired.-
