제조서비스 융합 혁신패턴 분석과 활용에 대한 연구

Abstract

경제적 성과 창출과 지속가능한 경영에 대한 기업의 노력에 따라 서비스화에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 서비스화 이론을 기업이 실무적으로 어떻게 수용하고 적용해야 하는지에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 제조기업의 서비스화 사례를 수집하고, 체계적 문헌고찰 방법론을 통해 서비스화 패턴을 도출해 이를 실무적으로 활용 가능한 모듈을 개발하고자 한다. 수집된 2,033개의 서비스화 논문에서 발췌한 사례를 전문가와 카드소팅 방법으로 사례간의 공통 분모를 찾아내어 그룹화하여 네 가지 모듈을 개발하였다 (Offset weakness, Bridge inter-industry, Add functionality, Curate experience). 분류체계를 생성하는 과정에서 각 평가자들 사이에 그룹의 유사성이 존재했으며, 생성된 분류체계는 일반인에게도 구분력과 설명력을 갖는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 4가지 모듈을 실제 실무에서 활용이 가능하도록 게임화를 적용한 툴킷으로 확장함으로써 ‘어떻게’ 서비스화를 구상할 것인지에 대한 아이디어를 제시할 수 있도록 설계되어 창의적인 아이디어의 구현이 가능함을 확인함으로서, 그 활용 가능성을 확인했다. 본 연구는 서비스화의 시작단계에서 활용할 수 있는 아이디어 도출 방법론으로서, 서비스화의 컨셉과 사례에 대한 학습용으로 용이하나, 전체의 서비스화 메커니즘을 대표하기에는 연구의 한계가 존재한다. 하지만 기존 연구들과 달리 실제 서비스화 사례 중심으로 분류체계를 생성했다는 점에 의의가 있으며, 제조기업 전 분야에서 다양한 활용이 가능하다고 판단된다.| Studies on servitization are emerging as a growing body of literature driven by the desire to combine economic prosperity and sustainable resource management. A practical servitization patterns through a systematic review have collected and conducted to understand implementation of theory and a module.
