Abstract
최근 정보통신분야에서는 다양한 스마트폰이 출신되어 장비의 우수함으로 인해 많은 사람들이 스마트폰을 이용하고 있다. 스마트폰이 널리 보급되면서 온라인과 오프라인의 경계선이 모호하고 있지만 O2O시장은 오히려 확대하고 있다. 전 세계 스마트폰 가입자가 19억 명을 기록하는 등 스마트폰 보급률이 높아지면서 전 세계적으로 O2O(Online-To-Offline) 열풍이 불고 있다. 교육 전반에서도 인터넷을 통한 교육이 증가되면서 학습자들에게 시간과 공간이 제한 없이 다양하고 풍부한 컨텐츠가 인터넷을 통해 제공되고 있다. 인터넷이 생활의 일부가 된 현제 시대의 구성원들은 집단에 대한 동일한 교육에서 개개인의 교육수요에 대응한 다양화된 교육으로 전환되고 있다. 교육 전반에서도 인터넷을 통한 교육이 증가되면서 학습자들에게 시간과 공간이 제한 없이 다양하고 풍부한 컨텐츠가 인터넷을 통해 제공되고 있다. 한국의 경우는 사교육시장은 꾸준히 성장하고 있다. 초·중·고등학생과 유아를 포함하면 전체의 95.5%가 사교육을 받고 있는 것으로 조사되고 있다. 이중 과외교습은 전체 사교육의 16.6%를 차지하고 있다. 특히 과외교습은 인터넷의 발전으로 인해, 지인을 통한 소개에서 전문적으로 온·오프라인을 통한 과외중개방식으로 변화하고 있다. 한편, 중국의 경우는 초등학생만 해도 전체의 56%가 사교육을 받고 있다. 이러한 중국 교육 환경에서 새로운 기술로 인해 새로운 교육 서비스 마케팅 전략이 출신되고 있다. 최근에 생활방문형 O2O서비스가 풍부하여 교육시장에도 도입되면서 새로운 교육 컨텐츠가 출신되고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 O2O서비스를 적용한 교육 플랫폼을 분석 대상으로 한국과 중국에서 2014년 이후로 출신된 스마트폰 기반 애플리케이션을 사례선정을 하고 선행연구에서 O2O서비스를 적용한 교육 플랫폼의 맞은 인터페이스 디자인 요소들을 분석 요소로 선정으로 기존 한국과 중국의 사례들을 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 향후 스마트폰 기반의 O2O서비스를 적용한 교육 플랫폼을 제작할 때에 본 연구의 분석 결과들이 가이드라인이 되어 학습자들이 사용하기에 편리한 컨텐츠가 제작되길 기대해 본다. | Recently in the information communication field, diverse Smartphones have been released and many people are using them with the excellence of device. As the wide spread of Smartphones, O2O market is expanding although the boundary between online and offline is uncertain. The penetration rate of Smartphone is increasing as 1.9 billion are using one in the globe and the O2O (Online-To-Offline) is becoming popular in the world. Even the internet education is increasing in overall education field, and learners are provided with diverse and abundant contents through the internet without the limit of time and space. As the internet became a part of life nowadays, the education is changing from the same education for a group to diverse education responding to individual’s demand of the education. The education through internet is increasing in overall education so diverse and abundant contents are provided to learners through the internet without the limit of time and space. The private education market is continuously growing in Korea. According to a report, 95.5% of students including elementary, middle, and high school students and even pre-school children are receiving private educations. Among them, tutoring takes 16.6% of private education. In particular, the tutoring is changing from introduction by acquaintances to professional online and offline tutoring broadcasting thanks to the development of internet. Meanwhile, 56% of elementary students in China receive private education. Under such education environment in China, new educational service marketing strategies are being released with the new technology. Recently, there are many life visiting forms of O2O services and new educational contents are being released as they are introduced in the education market. This research takes the education platform applied with O2O service at present as the object of analysis and selected Smartphone based applications introduced since 2014 in Korea and China as the cases to study, and analyzed the interface design elements of education platform applied with O2O in the existing cases of Korea and China.
