Abstract
국 문 초 록 교양체육 수업 신뢰형성요인과 학교 신뢰, 관계의 질 및 관계유지와의 구조적 관계 최근 대학들이 대학생들의 교양교육 강화를 위한 전담기구를 잇달아 신설하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 현상은 대학교에서의 교양수업이 높은 학점을 쉽게 딸 수 있는 과목에 그치는 것이 아니라 교양 수업을 통해 올바른 인간이 되기 위해서 심도 있는 교육이 필요하다는 데에 대학들이 공감하고 있는 것이다. 또한 최근 들어 국,내외에서 체육교과가 학생들의 정서함양과 올바른 인성을 길러주는데 크게 도움이 된다는 연구들이 많이 발표되어 지고 있다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 대학교에서 실시하고 있는 교양체육수업에 대한 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 신뢰의 형성요인들을 살펴보고, 주로 조직이나 기업 차원에서만 국한되었던 신뢰의 대상을 대학교로 선정하여 신뢰형성요인과 대학교에 대한 신뢰, 대학교와의 관계의 질 및 대학교와의 관계유지와의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 규명하기 위하여 설정한 연구대상은 2015년 2학기 대학에서 이루어지고 있는 교양체육수업에 참여하고 있는 대학생이다. 대학선정은 2015학년도 대학구조개혁 평가 결과 A등급을 받은 34개 대학 중 수도권에 위치한 6개 대학을 선정하였으며, 표집은 각 대학에서 실시하고 있는 교양체육 수업에 참여하고 있는 대학생 660명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 표집 하였다. 총 660부의 설문지 중 연구에 적절치 않은 설문지 65부를 제외하고 총 595부의 최종 유효표본을 선정하여 활용하였다. 자료처리는 PASW Ver. 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 모형의 적합도 검증을 확인한 후 개별 가설들을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학교 교양체육 수업에 대한 신뢰형성요인과 대학교신뢰와의 관계를 규명한 결과 대학교 교양체육을 수강하는 학생들이 인지하는 대학의 신뢰형성요인은 학교신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학교에 대한 신뢰와 관계의 질과의 관계를 규명한 결과 대학교 교양체육을 수강하는 학생들이 인지하는 대학교에 대한 신뢰는 관계의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학교에 대한 신뢰와 대학교와의 관계유지와의 관계를 규명한 결과 대학교 교양체육을 수강하는 학생들이 인지하는 대학교에 대한 신뢰는 대학교와의 관계유지에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학교와의 관계의 질과 대학교와의 관계유지와의 관계를 규명한 결과 대학교 교양체육을 수강하는 학생들이 인지하는 대학의 관계의 질은 관계유지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학교 교양체육을 수강하는 학생들이 인지하는 대학의 관계의 질은 학교 신뢰와 관계유지와의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.|ABSTRACT Structural Relations between Trust-Forming Factors in General Physical Education Class in College and Students’ Trust in School, and between Relationship Quality and Maintenance of Relationship Son, Jae Sang Dept. of Sports and Well-being The Graduate School Hanyang University In recent times, universities’ consecutive establishment of the organization exclusively for reinforcing college students’ general education is on a rising trend. Such a phenomenon could be interpreted as universities’ sympathy for the necessity of having need of an in-depth education for students to be a proper human through general education classes other than the hitherto general education class which has been a subject easy to get a credit. Also, lately, there have been many research presentations which report that the physical education subject at home and abroad is greatly helpful to students’ cultivation of emotion and building of an upright character. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to look into the formation factors of trust which has an influence students’ trust in a college-implemented general physical education class, and to inquire into the relations between trust-forming factors and trust in a university, and between the quality of relationship with a university and maintenance of relationship with a university by selecting a university as the object of trust, which has been limited to mostly an organization, or a corporate level. The object of research set by this study to inquire into the purpose of this study is a college student participating in general physical education classes for the second semester of 2015 conducted in a university. Also, this study selected 6 universities located in a metropolitan area among 34 universities which received A-grade in the evaluation result of university structural reform for the 2015 school year, and sampled 660 university students who participated in general education classes conducted by each university using the convenience sampling method. This study selected & used a total of 595 copies of final effective sample except 65 copies of questionnaires, among the 660 questionnaires in total, which were thought of as inappropriate for research, For data processing, this study verified individual hypotheses after confirming the goodness of fit test of a model using PASW Ver. 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The concrete results of this study are as follows: First, as a result of inquiring into the relations between trust-forming factors in general physical education classes in college and trust in a university, it was found that faithfulness and good will, which are sub-factors of trust-forming factors had a significant influence on trust in school, but school capabilities were found not to have an influence on trust in school. Second, the result of inquiring into the relations between trust in a university and relationship quality showed that trust in a university had a significant influence on both relationship satisfaction and relationship commitment, which are sub-factors of the quality of relationship. Third, the result of inquiring into the relations between trust in a university and maintenance of relationship with a university revealed that trust in a university had a significant influence on maintenance of relationship with a university.
