Abstract
본 연구에서는 595 MW급 화력발전소의 고수두 펌프 배관계통에 발생하는 수격현상을 저감하기 위해 두 가지 수격방지기를 적용하고 그 효과를 예측하였다. 특성법으로 해석하는 비정상상태 1차원 해석 상용 소프트웨어인 LIQT 7.1을 사용하여 배관계통을 단순화시킨 모델에 서지 릴리프 밸브와 유압구동 역류방지밸브를 적용한 경우를 각각 시뮬레이션하였다. 배관 내 서지 압력을 완화시키는 방법으로서 기존 모터구동 접형밸브에 서지 릴리프 밸브를 추가 적용한 경우 서지 압력이 안정적으로 저감되었다. 그리고 밸프 폐쇄 속도와 개도를 조절하는 방법으로서 기존 모터구동 접형밸브 대신 유압구동 역류방지밸브만 적용한 경우 역시 수격현상이 안정적으로 저감되었다.|The reduction of water hammer is significant important because it can cause surge pressure and damage pipe system components. In the former 500 MW class coal-fired thermal power plant, there are no experiences to apply water hammer arresters because of low pressure head pump. But in the newly constructed 595 MW class B coal-fired thermal power plant, high pressure head pump is applied owing to the difference of elevation between circulating water pump structure and turbine building. It is necessary to apply water hammer arresters because the possibility of water hammer is very high without arresters. This study is performed to predict on the effectiveness of surge relief valve and hydraulic non-return valve applied to the pipe system with a high pressure head pump by using method of characteristics.
