Abstract
This study analyzed the changes of coal storage efficiency of coal fired power plants according to the width of coal storage shed. The range of coal storage shed width was assigned from 40 m to 116 m. The constant condition was assigned to the depth of 541 m, the inclination angle of the lower part of coal of 9°, the distance between coal injection point and the center wall of 10.5 m. The results show that when the range of coal storage shed width is 40 m to 116 m, the coal storage efficiency shows a trend of increasing from 40 m width to a peak of 76 m. The minimum value of coal storage efficiency was 41.9% at 40 m width of coal storage shed and 49.4% at 76 m width of coal storage shed. Key words : Storage Efficiency of Coal, Coal storage shed, Coal stacker, Coal Reclaimer, Angle of Repose; 본 연구는 국내 석탄화력 발전소의 옥내저탄장을 대상으로 저탄장 건물의 폭에 따른 저탄효율의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 저탄효율 산정식을 도출하고 변수인 저탄장 건물 폭을 40 m에서 116 m범위에서 대입하였다. r고정값은 국내 발전소 옥내저탄장의 자료를 참고하여 저탄장 건물의 깊이 541 m, 석탄 하부의 경사각 9°, 석탄 투입지점과 중심 벽과의 거리 10.5 m로 대입하였다. 연구결과는 저탄장 건물 폭의 범위가 40 m에서 116 m일 때, 저탄효율은 폭이 40 m부터 증가하다가 76 m를 정점으로 감소하는 추세를 보였다. 주어진 구간에서 저탄효율의 최소값은 저탄장 건물의 폭이 40 m일 때 41.9 %를 나타내었고, 저탄효율의 최대값은 저탄장 건물의 폭이 76 m 일 때 49.4 %를 나타내었다. 저탄효율 최대값과 최소값의 차이는 7.5%였다. 그 결과 옥내저탄장에서 저탄장 건물의 폭에 따라 저탄효율의 최대값을 갖는 지점이 존재한다는 것을 알게 되었고 그로 인해 옥내저탄장 설계 시 저탄효율이 최대가 되는 저탄장의 폭을 결정하는데 본 논문이 도움이 될 수 있다고 판단된다. 주요어 : 저탄효율(storage efficiency of coal), 저탄장 건물(coal storage shed), 상탄설비(semi-portal reclaimer), 저탄설비(telescopic chute), 안식각(angle of repose)|This study analyzed the changes of coal storage efficiency of coal fired power plants according to the width of coal storage shed.
