dc.description.abstractSodium 1-decanesulfonate를 용매에 녹인 후 이를 Krafft point 이하로 온도를 내려 재결정을 하여 얻어진 template를 얻을 수 있다. 이를 사용하여 전기 전도성 고분자를 합성하는 방법인 유기 단결정 표면 유도 중합법을 통해 Ammonium persulfate와 Aniline hydrochloride를 이용하여 초박막 폴리아닐린 시트 (UPAS)를 얻을 수 있었다. Aniline hydrochloride의 Anilinium 양이온은 정전기적 인력을 통해 음전하를 가진 계면활성제 결정 표면에 흡수되어 UPAS를 만드는데 적합한 단량체라는 것을 알 수 있었다. UPAS는 두 층으로 이루어져 있으며 이것의 두께는 약 136nm 정도이며 한 층의 두께는 이의 반 정도 됨을 알 수 있다. SEM을 통하여 UPAS의 표면은 돌기와 비슷한 형태를 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었으며 이는 표면적을 넓혀 전기화학적 응용분야에 장점이 될 수 있을 것이다. 계면활성제 결정 없이 나머지 조건을 UPAS와 동일하게 합성한 폴리아닐린의 전기전도도 (3.13×10-2 S/cm)와 비교하여 UPAS의 전기전도도 (1.07×10-1 S/cm)가 더 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 도핑 레벨을 제어하기 위해 UPAS를 Dedoping하였으며 이를 다시 여러 농도의 염산 용액을 사용하여 Redoping을 진행하였다. 이 결과 0.4 M 염산 용액을 사용한 샘플이 가장 높은 전도도 (6.49 S/cm)를 보였다.| Ultra-thin polyaniline sheets (UPASs) are fabricated by organic single crystal surface-induced polymerization method. Using ammonium persulfate as an oxidant, UPASs are synthesized in a suspension of hydrated sodium 1-decanesulfonate crystals below Krafft point. Aniline hydrochloride is used as monomer for electrostatic interaction between negatively charged surface of organic crystals and anilinium cations. The resulting UPAS have a combined layer thickness, including top and bottom polyaniline layer of ~136 nm. The surface of UPAS shows random porous structure with papilla-like morphology, which can be advantageous in electrochemical applications due to large surface area. Compared to conventional polyaniline (3.13×10-2 S/cm) prepare by same synthetic process of UPASs without using organic crystal, as-synthesized UPAS presented higher electrical conductivity (1.07×10-1 S/cm) and better packing property. Dedoped UPAS is redoped by various concentration of HCl aqueous solution.
