비콘을 활용한 공간 안전정보 알림 애플리케이션 개발 연구

Abstract

공유경제라는 개념이 등장하며 전문 숙박업소가 아니더라도 자신의 공간을 대여해주며 소비자는 저렴한 가격에 간단하게 대여 받을 수 있는 애플리케이션인 에어비앤비(Airbnb)가 탄생했다. 에어비앤비는 다양한 가치와 합리적으로 형성된 가격을 제공하여 단기간에 성장하였으나 그에 따라 플랫폼 시스템의 불완전함과 소비자의 안전 확보가 충분치 않아 여러 위험이 나타날 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이처럼 에어비앤비 숙소에서 크고 작은 사건 사고들이 지속적으로 보도되고 있으며 안전성에 관한 문제 또한 제기되고 있는 상황이다. 연구에서 중심적으로 논의되고 있는 공유경제와 공유숙박에 관한 연구들은 공유경제의 개념이 등장한 2008년도 이후부터 지속적으로 진행되어지고 있지만 대부분 사용자 만족 요인, 신뢰 및 이용의도와 같이 즉 서비스 소비자의 공유숙박 서비스 이용의도에 관한 연구가 주로 진행되어 졌다. 이외에는 공유경제 경제효과 분석에 관한 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 공유숙박의 발전에 대한 방안 제시와 사용자 중심의 시각으로 서비스 문제점을 파악하고 이를 개선하고자 하는 것에 대해서는 구체적인 연구가 부족한 상황이다.본 연구는 공유숙박 서비스를 중심으로 한 ‘공간 안전정보 알림 애플리케이션 개발’ 연구로 공유숙박 서비스 이용자 중심의 시각에서 공유숙박의 안전과 관련하여 개선할 점을 찾고자 하였으며 이에 대한 방안으로 사용자의 의견을 반영하여 애플리케이션 기획 개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 공유숙박과 숙박안전에 대한 연구가 병합적으로 이루어졌으며 제안된 비콘을 활용한 공간 안전정보 알림 애플리케이션에서는 사용자가 숙소 예약 단계에서 공간의 안전 및 편의시설 정보를 쉽게 습득 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이후 예약된 사용자가 비콘이 설치되어있는 제휴숙소 방문 시 비콘은 사용자의 고유 신호를 감지하고 팝업 형식으로 공간의 안전정보들이 세부적으로 안내되어진다. 더불어 제공 되어지는 별도의 탭을 활용하여 사용자는 비상시 신속하게 탈출구를 파악하고 위험신호를 보낼 수 있도록 지원하였다. 애플리케이션에서 제공하는 정보들은 건축물에 대한 유지관리점검 이력을 확인 할 수 있도록 국토교통부에서 제공하는 건축물 생애이력 관리 시스템 자료를 기본으로 하며 이처럼 정부에서 공식적으로 공개된 안전정보를 정리하여 활용하였다. 이러한 정보들은 사용자들이 인식하기 쉽도록 정리하여 예약단계에서 관련 정보들을 인지할 수 있도록 하였으며 예약단계에서 사용자들에게 안전정보를 제공함으로서 공유숙박 시설의 신뢰도와 사용자의 만족도가 상승 할 뿐 아니라 안전에 관한 불안감이 다소 해소 될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. 더불어 사용자가 비콘이 설치된 제휴 숙소 방문 시에는 보다 자세한 숙소 안전정보를 고지 받을 수 있게 하여 큰 사고로 이어지는 것을 미연에 방지하는 역할을 지닌다. 본 연구에서 개발하여 제안하는 애플리케이션을 통해 앞으로 숙박시설 선택 시 안전정보를 고려하는 선택요인이 필수적으로 작용될 수 있도록 하는 바탕이 되기를 바라며 그에 따라 안전정보의 가치가 상승될 수 있기를 기대한다.|With the advent of the concept of a shared economy, Airbnb, an application that allows consumers to rent space at reasonable price and people to lend their own space even if they are not a professional lodging house, has been created. As the concept of a shared economy emerged, Airbnb, an application that allows users to lend and rent personal space, has appeared. This enabled users to rent space at reasonable price and lend without professional lodging. Airbnb has expanded in a short period of time due to its various values and reasonably set prices. However, a number of risks of Airbnb came up due to incomplete platform systems and insufficient guarantee of consumer safety. As the number of customers using Airbnb increases, the number of lodging facilities also increases proportionally, though the number of great and small accidents has been continuing to be reported at Airbnb dorms, and safety issues are also being raised. While studies on shared economy and shared accommodation, which are being discussed centrally in the study, have been ongoing since 2008 when the concept of shared economy emerged, most studies have been conducted mainly on the intent of service consumers to use shared accommodation services, such as user satisfaction factors, reliability and use intention. Beyond that, research is focused on analyzing the economic effects of the shared economy. There is a lack of detailed research on presenting measures for the development of shared accommodation and identifying service problems with a user-centered perspective. This study was designed to find improvement points related to the safety of shared accommodation from a user-centered perspective of the shared accommodation service through the 'Developing of Space Safety Information Alerting Applications' focused on the shared accommodation service. As a measure, application planning and development was carried out to reflect the opinions of users. In this study, studies on shared accommodation and accommodation safety were conducted in agglomerative methods. And the spatial safety information notification application using the proposed beacons enabled users to easily acquire information on space safety and amenities during the accommodation reservation stage. Subsequently, when a reserved user visits the associated accommodation where the beacons are installed, the beacons detect the user's unique signals and detail the safety information of the space in the pop-up format. Using the separate tabs provided, the user can quickly identify and send a hazard signal in an emergency. The information provided by the application is based on the data - Infrastructure and Transport on the building's life history management system- provided by the Ministry of Land, for checking the history of maintenance inspections on buildings. And the safety information officially disclosed by the government has been compiled and utilized. These information were arranged so that users could recognize the relevant information during the reservation phase. It is expected that providing safety information to users during the reservation phase will not only increase the reliability and user satisfaction of the shared accommodation facilities, but also reduce the safety anxiety. In addition, when visiting an affiliated accommodation where Beacon is installed, the user can receive more detailed information on the safety of the accommodation, thereby preventing possible accidents. Through the applications developed and proposed in this study, it is expected that the selection factors that take into account safety information in the selection of accommodation will be essential in the future.
