- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 칩 테스트용 챔버 내부 유동 및 압 력손실의 특성을 통하여 칩 테스트부의 일정한 온도유 지를 위해 수치해석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과로부터 칩 테스트용 챔버 내부에 균일한 유동 분배를 위해 소 형 팬 모듈의 설치가 필요하며, 각 팬의 회전 속도 조 절을 통하여 챔버 내부 유동 및 압력 분포의 제어가능 성을 확인하였다.
