Abstract
Recently, the incidence of safety accidents in domestic construction sites and the inexperienced countermeasures have increased the mortality rate at construction sites. The purpose of this study is to carry out BIM-based construction site safety management in order to apply effective safety management plan for reduction of high mortality rate in domestic construction industry. For this study, the authors investigated the current state of safety management at the construction site, and the study on the way to carry out the risk assessment which reflects domestic situation was carried out. As an evaluation method according to the domestic safety management standards for the evaluation items made on the basis of the safety accident database of the domestic construction site, it is possible to reduce the incidence of safety accidents at the construction site by using the safety management as an assessment measure of the risk of the buildings In the future, the evaluation will expand the scope of the disaster and visualize it through mathematical interpretation of the evaluation result, enabling quantitative evaluation of the risk.
