남북 전문용어의 조어분석과 통합 -수학, 물리 분야를 중심으로-

Abstract

이 논문에서는 남한과 북한의 전문용어를 분석하고 그 특징에 대해 논의하고 있다. 그리고 분석한 내용을 바탕으로 남북 전문용어의 통합에 전문용어 분석이 어떠한 역할을 할 수 있는지 살펴본다. 본격적인 논의에 앞서, ‘전문용어’의 개념과 범위를 확인한다. 그리고 다소 낯선 용어인 ‘기초 전문용어’ 와 ‘심화 전문용어’의 개념을 살펴본다. 이 두 개념을 교육 과정의 틀 안에서설명하고 이것들이 가지는 의의를 확인한다.기초 전문용어와 심화 전문용어의 가장 큰 특징은 조어단위의 결합 길이라고 할 수 있다. 기초 전문용어가 두 개 이하의 조어단위들이 결합하여 전문용어를 형성하는 데에 반해, 심화 전문용어는 두세 개 이상의 조어단위들이 결합하여 전문용어를 형성하는 특징이 있다. 이러한 특징으로 말미암아심화 전문용어의 복잡한 개념을 더 정확하게 표현할 수 있다.각 전문분야에는 전문용어 형성에 핵심이 되는 조어단위들이 있다. 이 조어단위들은 전문용어 형성에 중심적인 역할을 하여 높은 생산성을 보인다. 남북 전문용어를 통합하고자 할 때, 우선적으로 고려해야 한다. This paper analyzes the terminology of South Korea and North Korea and discusses its characteristics. Based on the analyzed contents, we will examine the role of analysis of terminology in the integration of terminology in the North and South. Prior to the full-scale discussion, the concept and scope of ‘terminology’ should be confirmed. And we will look at the concepts of <basic terminology> and <advanced terminology>. We will explain these two concepts in the framework of the educational curriculum and confirm the significance of them.The greatest feature of <basic terminology> and <advanced terminology> can be the combined length of analysis units. <Basic terminology> is a combination of two or less units of analysis to form a terminology. On the other hand, <advanced terminology. has a feature that two or three analysis units combine to form terminology. With these features, it is possible to more accurately express complex concepts of <advanced terminology>.Each specialized field has a core analysis unit in the formation of <advanced terminology>. This analysis unit plays a central role in the formation of terminology and shows high productivity. When integrating terminology in South Korea and North Korea, this feature should be considered as a priority.
