dc.description.abstract | Building Information Modeling (BIM) which is a new paradigm of AEC-FM (Architecture, engineering, construction, facility management)is extending its field of application to the interior design. Compared with architecture, the level of the building, interior design is deal with much elaborate and high level of detail. By the application of BIM, which is strong to the management of information about properties and parameters to visualize in real-time, in the interior design field, the process can be based on the rational and objective decision making. However, BIM in the interior design field is a lack of studies, researches and the use in practical. For increasing the feasibility of adoption of BIM in the interior design field, this paper aims to describe the way to apply the properties in BIM-enable interior objects using parametric modeling based on visual language. In this paper, Dynamo, which is the strong graphical algorithm generator and manager, is used as the application of BIM in the modeling to control the parameter. The node based graphic algorithm of the parametric properties of the BIM-enable object is visualized as the combination of node to see how the process proceed and data is change. The result of the process is visualized in real-time exported as another format to detect any errors and another way to advance the project. | en_US |
