Abstract
본 논문은 간접 가열 방식을 이용하여 열분해 실험을 하였으며 PP와 PS의 혼합 열분해를 비율별 (PP:PS 70:30, 50:50, 30:70)로 수행하였다. 열분해의 분해온도는 450, 500, 550, 600℃로 비교적 넓은 범위에서 수행하였으며, 반응시간은 60분이였다. 각각의 시료의 혼합비율 및 분해온도에 따른 오일 및 gas 생성물의 수율과 오일 생성물의 선택도에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. PP에 대한 PS의 양이 증가 할수록 오일의 양과 스타이렌 monomer의 선택도가 증가하였으며 분해온도가 증가할수록 PP의 열분해 생성물인 Pentane, 2,4-Dimethyl-1-Heptene등의 증가를 확인 할 수 있었다. Pyrolysis of PP, PS mixture(PP:PS 70:30, 50:50, 30:70) was carried out in an IR-Furnace at four degradation temperature 450, 500, 550 and 600℃. Reaction time was 60min. The objectives of this study were to find: 1) Changes in the yield among oil and gaseous products according to reaction temperature and mixing ratio of feed material.; and 2) changes in the selectivity of oil products with the reaction temperature and the mixing ratio of feed material. It was found that in the pyrolysis of mixture of PP and PS, the quantity of oil and the yield of styrene monomer increase as the fraction of PS increased. Pentane and 2,4-Dimethyl-1-Heptene which are products of PP pyrolysis also increased as degration temperature increased.
