- Abstract
- 제어기 검증을 위해 S/W Fault Injection Test(SFIT)를 수행한다. 이를 통해 제어기의 신뢰성과 오류에 대한 강건성을 확보할 수 있다. SFIT 테스트를 하기 위한 방법중 하나를 제시한다. FPGA로직을 이용해 가상의 센서를 모델링하여 MCU(Micro Control Unit)의 프로그램의 논리성과 신뢰성 등을 검증하는 시뮬레이터를 보인다.
