주거환경 성능의 향상을 위한 실내공기질 개선방안

Abstract

에너지 및 환경 지속 가능성은 최근 주요 화두로 떠오르고 있다 . 그리 고 실내외 공기 수준은 지구 온난화 및 대기 오염의 발생 비율로 인해 심각한 문제이다. 또한 대도시 및 주변도시에서 더욱 심각하며, 유해 가스 및 미립자 와 같은 대기 오염 물질로 인해 실내 공기질은 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 실정이 다. 인간의 건강에 영향을 미치는 실내 공기의 중요성은 환기 및 열적 최적 화, 그리고 에너지의 효율성을 높이는 공기 필터 기술을 사용하여 더 높은 효 율성에 기여하며, 또한, 자연상태에서 희석되는 실외공기에 비하여, 실내공기 는 한정되어 있는 공간에서 오염된 공기가 순환되기 때문에 실외공기보다 오 염수치가 높을 수 있다. 최근에는 인간의 실내활동 시간이 점차적으로 증가하고, 프라이버시 및 안전성 측면에서 실내공간의 폐쇄경향과 에너지절감이라는 목적으로 건물의 밀폐화가 가속되고, 새로운 생활용품과 건축자재 사용이 증가함에 따라 실내 오염물질의 배출 증가로 주택 실내공기질은 점차 악화되고 있다. 이러한 경 우, 실내 공기질은 실제로 거주자들이 대부분의 시간을 실내에서 보내고 있는 사실에서 거주자에 직접적으로 영향을 미치며, 특히 실내에서 작업을 하는 경 우 생산성에도 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 가습기능 기반의 공기순환체계 기술개발을 통해 현재 실내공기질 개선을 위한 경제적 한계점의 해결과 불특 정 대다수가 이용하는 다중이용시설의 실내공기질 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또 한, 주거환경의 실내공기질 현황 및 특성을 파악하고, 실내공기오염물질 현황 과 문제점을 분석하여 정책적인 주거환경의 실내공기 질 개선방안을 제시하였다.; Evidence is pointed out that various indoor air pollutants cause or exacerbate respiratory disease. Furthermore, because people spend most of their time indoors, especially at home, proper management of indoor air quality in a residential environment is essential to lead a healthy life. The main purpose of this study is to investigate how to maintain healthy indoor air in a residential environment. In order to achieve this goal, the present regulations and policies for indoor air quality management for residential environment were analyzed in comparison with those of foreign countries, and then suggested improvement directions. Although the survey results show that most people have a great interest in indoor air quality in residential environment, they do not understand the cause of indoor air pollution in residential environment properly, and they are proactive in removing indoor air pollution and I am doing the right thing. Given the fact that the indoor air quality of low-income families' housing environment is worse than that of average-income families, the housing characteristics of low-income families in Korea and the problem of low-income families in housing improvement plans that the government has actively supported I investigated about happiness. Also, a revised approach to home improvement planning was proposed to improve indoor air quality and energy efficiency in low-income families' living environments.
