- 젠트리피케이션은 다양한 분야에서 여러가지 부정적 또는 긍정적 효과를 양산하게 되고, 쇠토지역이 도시재생으로 자본이 유입되면서 자산 및 부동산 가치가 상승하면서 비자발적 이주가 발생하게 됨. 이러한 현상을 극복하고자 성동구에서 젠트리피케이션 방지 정책을 추진하고 있는데, 성동구 성수동지역을 중심으로 전문가 집단, 거주자 집단, 상인집단간 인식차이에 대한 중요도 만족도를 연구하여 정책적 시사점을 제시
