Abstract
With the progress and development of The Times, knowledge and talent become more and more important. Science and technology is the core element of the economy and the fundamental power of economic development, because "science and technology is the first productive force", and the key to the development of science and technology is talent, talent training depends on education, and teachers are the core of educational activities, so it is particularly important for teachers to develop education. From a historical perspective, there are many similarities between the education systems of China and South Korea. Moreover, both countries are located in the east Asian cultural circle, and their regional cultures are relatively similar, which has the value of comparative study. After China's reform and opening up, the education policy for teachers is also in the process of exploring, finding out problems and reforming the system. After the recovery, South Korea began to attach importance to education and formulated a series of policies to promote the development of teacher cultivation education. Because of the particularity of fine arts, fine arts teacher's formative education is different from other subjects and presents its own complexity. Art teacher education in normal universities should establish its own curriculum system, and the cultivation of students should not only attach importance to specialty, but also emphasize the knowledge and skills of subject teaching method. In addition, teacher moral education is an indispensable part of the curriculum system. Of course, the teacher qualification certificate is also an indispensable condition to become an art teacher, which is an essential factor for both China and South Korea to become art teachers. Therefore, the comparison of the two countries' teacher certification examination system is also a key point of this paper. In fact, China's art teacher qualification certificate is still in the process of reform. The latest reform of teacher qualification certificate further expands the number of people who can obtain the teacher qualification certificate and no longer restricts the qualification of non-normal school graduates. In addition, it also cancels the preferential policies of normal school graduates in the past. The purpose is to improve China's teaching force, expand the teaching team, so that more capable people to join the ranks of teachers. However, some voices pointed out that whether the lowering of the qualification threshold for teachers would reduce the quality of teachers selected. The main contents of this article are as follows. First, the differences between the two countries in terms of systems are mainly that the purpose of China's secondary education is to promote higher education, so China puts quality-oriented education in the first place, and pays little attention to art education. In the process of talent cultivation, South Korea has more education courses that meet the needs of The Times and cultivate comprehensive talents in various aspects. Second, in the education process of art teachers' cultivation in both countries, China takes cultivating excellent art teachers in secondary schools as the primary purpose and attaches importance to the cultivation of art specialized ability. With the main purpose of cultivating global comprehensive talents with various development, South Korea offers abundant education and special education courses. Third, the training courses of secondary fine arts in China and South Korea are mainly in the education courses of normal universities or general universities, and all the courses are based on obtaining teacher certification. But there are big differences in teacher qualifications between the two countries. Fourth, China's teacher appointment system is an appointment system, while South Korea attaches more importance to teacher appointment than teacher qualification. Teachers have been qualified as a prerequisite for the selection of talent through the appointment examination. Therefore, by comparing the cultivation process of art teachers among the ranks of teachers in China and South Korea, this paper not only compares the policies and systems of the two countries, but also compares the cultivation education and selection system of secondary art teachers in South Korea and China, so as to understand the differences in the cultivation education of secondary art teachers in the two countries. Starting from the purpose of discovering problems, summarizing problems, and learning from each other, this paper reflects on the secondary art education in China.
