직장어린이집의 실내보육공간 디자인 연구

Abstract

현대 사회가 급속히 발전하면서 인구 문제에서 저 출산 문제가 갈수록 심각하게 나타내고 있다. 맞벌이 가정이 자녀 돌보기에 어려움을 겪는가 하면 자녀 양육비용도 계속 늘어나는 등 다방면의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이를 위해 정부는 민간과 대책을 마련해 기업 단독으로 직장어린이집을 운영할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 직장어린이집은 영유아가 장기간 활동할 수 있는 장소로서 실내디자인에 있어 영유아의 다양한 니즈를 전방위로 고려하여 충족시킬 필요가 있다. 또한 0~만5세 영유아는 정서 및 사회 발달, 신체 및 운동 발달, 언어 발달, 인지 발달에 대해 이 시기에서 가장 중요한 발전단계이다. 본 연구는 직장어린이집 실내보육공간에 따른 영유아의 행태발달 특성과 수요에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 서울시 직장어린이집을 연구 대상 공간으로 실내보육공간의 현장조사와 설문조사를 통해 공간의 문제점을 파악한다. 또한 영유아의 행태 특징, 발달 특성을 파악하고 향후 직장어린이집 실내보육공간의 발전에 대한 가치 있는 참고 자료를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구의 방법은 다음과 같다. 제1장에서는 연구의 배경 및 목적, 연구의 범위 및 방법에 대한 흐름도로 제시한다. 제2장에서는 한국 직장어린이집의 현황을 파악하여 이론적 고찰을 통해 직장어린이집 실내보육공간의 공간구성에 대한 알아보고 영유아의 행태 특징과 발달 특성에 따라 실내보육공간의 디자인 조건을 정리하여 체크 항목을 제시한다. 이를 통해 선정한 연구 대상의 실태 및 사용자를 조사, 분석하고자 한다. 제3장에서는 서울특별시에 있는 6개 연구 대상 공간을 선정하여 설문조사를 통해 공간에 대한 교사의 평가, 영유아의 평가와 수요를 파악하고 문제점을 제시하여 종합 분석을 한다. 제4장에서는 앞에 제시한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 직장어린이집의 실내보육공간에 대한 공간모형을 개발하고자 한다. 제5장에서는 분석 내용을 종합적으로 정리하여 직장어린이집의 실내보육공간의 디자인 방향을 잡고 결론을 정리한다. 본 연구에서는 직장어린이집 실내보육공간의 기능적 공간 구성은 영유아의 행태발달에 따라 환경 조건을 도출하여 국내 6곳의 연구 대상 공간을 분석하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 직장어린이집 실내보육공간 계획 시 효과적으로 활용되기를 바라며 향후 많은 연구 대상 공간을 바탕으로 직장어린이집 실내보육공간에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.; With the rapid development of modern society, the problem of low birth rate is increasingly apparent in the population problem. There are a number of problems, with double-income families having a hard time caring for their children and the cost of raising their children constantly increasing. To this end, the government will prepare measures with the private sector to allow companies to run work children's homes on their own. A workplace children's home is a place where infants and children can be active for a long period of time. In indoor design, various needs of infants and children need to be considered in an all-round way. In addition, infants between 0 and 5 years old are the most important stages of development in this period for emotional and social development, physical and athletic development, language development, and cognitive development. Based on the study on behavior development characteristics and demand of infants and children according to the indoor child care space at work children's homes, this study identifies the problem of space through field surveys and surveys of indoor child care spaces in Seoul. The purpose of the Chapter is to identify behavioral characteristics, developmental characteristics and demands of infants and to present problems through research on users and indoor child care spaces and to provide valuable reference materials for future development of workplace child care spaces. The methods of this study are as follows. Chapter 1 presents a flow chart of the background and purpose of the study, the scope and method of the study. Chapter 2 identifies the current status of working children's homes in Korea, examines the spatial composition of the indoor child care space in working children's homes, and presents the check items by organizing the design conditions of the indoor child care space according to the behavioral and developmental characteristics of infants and children. Through this survey, the selected research targets are analyzed and the user's survey is analyzed. Chapter 3 selects six spaces for research in the Seoul Metropolitan Government and provides a comprehensive analysis by surveying the evaluation of the space by teachers, identifying the assessment and demand of infants and children, and presenting problems. Chapter 4 seeks to develop a spatial model for the indoor nursery space of working children's homes to solve the aforementioned literary stores. Chapter 5 summarizes the analysis, establishes the design direction of the indoor child care space in the workplace's children's home and organizes the conclusion. In this study, the functional space composition of the indoor nursery at workplace children's homes was derived from environmental conditions according to the development of the behavior of infants and children, and analyzed the target space in six places in Korea. Based on the results, it is hoped that it will be used effectively in planning an indoor nursery at work children's homes. Research on the indoor nursery space of working children's homes in Korea will need to be carried out based on many of the space to be studied in the future.
